Originally built in 1951 as one of the Parker Strip's classic river resorts, Arizona Shores has been reimagined under new ownership while still holding onto the nostalgic spirit that made this stretch of the Colorado River legendary. More updates, fun additions, and fresh touches are already in the works as this iconic property begins its next chapter.

Tucked along the famous Parker Strip, Arizona Shores sits directly on a wide, deep-water section of the Colorado River with private docks, breathtaking views, and room for the whole crew to spread out and relax.
This private riverfront retreat features 3 separate bungalow-style suites, each with its own private entrance, kitchenette, and full bathroom — giving guests the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy. The property comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is rented to only one group at a time, making it feel like your own private river resort.

Outside is where Arizona Shores truly comes alive. Massive waterfront decks, shaded patios, lounge spaces, an outdoor kitchen, fire table, ping pong, and private docks create the kind of atmosphere that brings back memories of the old Parker river days — barefoot kids jumping off the dock, music playing across the water, boats cruising by at sunset, and nights spent under the desert sky.

Bring your boats, jet skis, and river toys — there's plenty of dock space and easy access to some of the best boating water on the Strip. The calmer waters of Lake Moovalya also make this area ideal for floating, swimming, and family fun.
