Wonderful house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to renting this house again next summer. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and had perfect spaces both inside and outside for our group to gather for meals and just hang out. The location was amazing! It’s super close to the ferry, restaurants and to the grocery shop.

Perfect spot for a group of friends!

My friends and I have stayed at multiple houses on Fire Island and this was the best house we've stayed in thus far. The house had a perfect, comfy feel that a group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed. Looking forward to hopefully going back next year!

Great Home in Ocean Bay Park!

All around, this was a seamless transaction. The house is in a great location. It is a great home: big kitchen, spacious rooms, towels & linens included, which is a huge plus. Lots to do around town. We walked to Ocean Beach. Met the neighbors, who were lovely. I would definitely come back again to this exact home. Thank you!

This house is in a great location, close to the ferry close to the beach. The house is comfortable, not much couch seating but plenty of dining seating for the whole group. The hot tub was a nice addition. I didn't notice that bicycles are not included with the rental, I have never rented encountered that with a fire island house rental, just want to point it out for others that may have missed that in the listing and it may be important to you.

Third year we rented in Ocean Bay Park and this house was the best! Big bedrooms, new kitchen all top notch. Hot tub was a welcome bonus as well. Owners were friendly and easy to deal with.

A Beach retreat with the comforts of home!

With a relaxed and beach-y vibe, this clean, bright, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully stocked house provides the best of Fire Island living with all of the comforts of home! The gracious hosts have forgotten nothing! A newly renovated kitchen was as functional as it was beautiful. There was plenty of space for guests to eat, sleep and socialize. The hot tub was an added bonus! The location of this property is excellent as well - a very short walk from the ferry terminal as well as Ocean Bay Park's restaurants, bars, and convenience store. A quick walk to the south puts you on Fire Island's beautiful ocean beaches! Ride your bike (provided) to neighboring communities for more eating, drinking and shopping venues. We spent the summer here...and it was one to remember.

Our group of 3 families with young children thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this cute beach house. It was conveniently located and very comfortable. In particular we loved; -grilling outdoors on the deck -the short stroll to the beach and restaurants -the kids enjoyed riding their bikes around the block -the well provisioned kitchen and large dining table - the abundance of towels provided!

Outstanding family vacation

Our extended family of 12 adults thoroughly enjoyed our week here: abundant beach chairs and towels, dining table large enough to accommodate family dinners, very well equipped kitchen and grill, comfortable sleeping with high quality linens, relaxing deck, and so much more. The central location with easy access to the beach, ferry, grocery store, restaurants, bike rental, etc. made for easy living for our multi-generational group. The surfers and swimmers appreciated the short walk to the beach, grandma loved the access to groceries, and everyone loved hanging out together in the comfortable living area. There was ample space for togetherness or privacy, depending on one's mood. Communication with the owners was friendly, informative, and very helpful. A true vacation for all--everyone is ready to sign up for 2016!
