Un saut, sauter et un saut de fontaine la plus célèbre de l'Italie, le jardin Casa Trevi est un trésor. Retrouvez-vous dans une cour étonnamment paisible, tous les arbres vivants, les oranges parfumées et une fontaine habitée par de petites tortues. Bien que vous êtes dans le cœur le plus animé de Rome, pas un bruit pénètre de l'extérieur. Les appartements sont situés au rez de chaussée d'un des bâtiments anciens (couvent Maroniti) et ouvrent directement sur la cour. Les intérieurs sont lumineux, apaisant et minimaliste dans la plus belle façon: murs blancs et terre cuite, étagères en verre et éclairage indirect. Un mélange de découvertes modernes et brocante. Plaques de cuisson et d'un réfrigérateur sont fournis dans aéré, cuisine blanc. Salle d'eau est magnifique.
Sur trois côtés sont bâtiments du 17ème siècle dans les jaunes, ocres et rouges; sur le quatrième, un bâtiment moderne de verre reflète le soleil sur la cour.

Great place in the heart of the city. Yet when the door shuts you feel like you are on your own private space as the noise of the city fades away. Clean, comfortable, and Marta was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

This place is in a wonderful area, very close to Fontana di Trevi. It is crowded outside but once you are inside it is very peaceful. Marta is a great host. She gives personalized support. Gives you the keys in person, gives you recommendations of places and restaurants to go and also help booking taxi if needed.The place was very cleaned and loved that it had a small kitchen to make breakfast every day.I will definitely stay again when Im back in Rome

This place is in the heart of Rome, it’s a great place to stay to be able to walk to the major attractions, it is great because it was a quiet area and there were cute turtles outside our door. The only thing is that it said there is a hottub listed on the amenities but there was no hot tub.

We had a lovely stay in a quiet little apartement 100 metres from The Trevi Fountain. From this apartement it is easy to see the beautiful city of Rome by your feet.We can only highly recommend Marta and her lovely apartement.

The location of this property is great for many attractions and it really is quiet for being in the middle of all the action. We had a miscommunication regarding check in and ended up waiting over an hour outside but she was extremely apologetic. We struggled with sleep because the bed is very hard and there is only a single blanket on the bed and in the whole apartment, no additional sheets or linens. The host was very kind and did help us with scheduling a taxi to the airport.

We loved Marta’s place! It was centrally located, Marta went above and beyond for us, and the property was a quiet oasis to come home to. Marta booked our car service for us from and to the airport and met us to check us into the property. Amazing property in an amazing city.

Beautiful little apartment

The apartment was right in the heart of restaurants and bars and near the tourist attractions. Marta was friendly and made check in very easy. The courtyard was completely silent, which was a welcome relief from the noise and people on the street. Apartment was on the smaller side but certainly big enough for the 2 of us. We would recommend this property!

Great location if you want to be in the heart of tourist area

Hostess aware we were arriving late and we couldn’t check in until following day as host didn’t answer her phone for 3 hours. Host rang back at 3.00am in the morning. We arranged checkin next day and received a full refund for the previous night. Each time I needed to contact host she was quick to reply apart from initial first day. Unit is small however great for sleeping air conditioning was a life saver! No chairs allowed in court yard, the turtle were amazing.

1. Extremely tiny shower stall - could hardly stand in it - bumped my head and elbows against the walls with the shower curtain slapping on my body. 2. Older towels smelled foul even though they were laundered. 3. Low quality very tiny apart ment with zero windows. Had to keep front door open to get some natural light in. 4. Water when boiled had lots of cloudy white sediment that settled at the bottom.

A Sanctuary in Busy Rome

When you close the big wooden green doors and walk through the arched entrance to the spacious, green, cool garden court yard, all the noise and bustle of the street disappears. The trickle of the fountain and the birds singing immediately relax you. Our apartment was ground level opposite the garden and the liner pond with 14 turtles. There was even a herb garden which we used. The street, Via in Arcione is a pedestrian street leading to Trevi Fountain, 3 blocks away. There are many good restaurants and shops available. The number 8 Hopon-Hopoff bus stop was 10 minutes walk, which we used extensively. Home in the garden is such a convenient location and the Landlord Marta, was very friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and well equipped. I have only one complaint. The vrbo listing has included in the amenity's list, a hot tub. There is not a hot tub. This item is misleading and should be removed.

Petit havre de paix

Logement conforme à la description. Petit havre de paix au coeur d une rue très animée de Rome. Idéal pour visiter la ville. Petit bémol pour la chasse des toilettes. Marta nous a même envoyé un taxi pour nous accueillir à l aéroport ..nous retenons l adresse. Nous recommandons.

un havre de paix au coeur de Rome

Location très propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Situation excellente proche de la fontaine de Trevi, Place di Spagna ... le Colisée est à 25mn à pied. L'appartement se situe dans un ensemble de bâtiments qui forment une cour intérieure, endroit très calme, et pourtant donnant sur une rue menant à la fontaine de trevi (2minutes à pied). Commerces, restaurants et glacier à proximité. Quant à Marta, elle est adorable, nous a surclassés dans un appartement plus grand, ce qui était agréable pour notre petite famille. Elle nous a donné quelques adresses et conseils, ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande très vivement ! et Grazie mille Marta

Lovely apartment in the heart of Rome

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. Fantastic location, only 2 mins walk from the Trevi Fountain. Marta was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay again - highly recommend this apartment.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I chose to buy CASA TREVI GARDEN N. 2 because that apartment is in a big beautiful garden and in the heart of Rome, close Trevi's Fountain and Spanish Steps.
The garden is far to the street and it is very quiet. There are some fountains with fishes and turtles. Many year ago the building was a friary, inside there is a church and cloister. When the building was restore they found a Roman 'Domus' with columns and mosaic flooring. The window door overlook a wonderful inner garden complete with orange trees, olive trees and fountains in which fish and tortoises swim.

You can live in a peaceful place.

Just outside the main door you can find the most famous marvels of Rome’s historical centre: Fontana di Trevi; Spanish Steps ; the Pantheon; Via del Babuino and Via Margutta with their bustling artists’ studios and antique shops.
