The host came to meet us off the boat, and took us to the apartment. The apartment was great size. Beds were comfy. very central location too

Thank you Lorenza for accommodating us in your lovely home. Lorenza met us getting off the water bus in Venice. A little daunting at night. Walked us to her home. Great kitchen area, well equipped. Sitting area, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. And, a beautiful outdoor space. By far the loveliest place in Italy on our travels , as space is hard to come by in Italy. Great location to the water busses and on a quiet street. Hugely recommend!

Great Stay in ideal location

Great host, very attentive with plenty of tips to enjoy our stay in Venice. Garden was quiet and perfect to rest in the afternoon/evening, away from the crowds. Highly recommend.

The apartment and garden area were beautiful. Lorenza was very informative and attentive, responding quickly with answers to questions. The location was close enough to all that we wanted to do but enough of the beaten path that it was very quiet.

Fabulous property and host

The property was well located, close to shops, restaurants and a water bus stop. Very nicely furnished with excellent air con, plus nice little touches like sugar, coffee, condiments etc. Lorenza was the perfect host, welcoming and knowledgeable and spoke great English. Highly recommended.

A FABULOUS PLACE TO STAY

We have travelled to Venice many times over the last twenty years. This was undoubtedly the best. At the end of a quiet calle, a ground floor property with a charming garden. Lorenza was responsive and very easy to talk to. Good facilities, a super comfortable bed and well-located. We loved it all.

A very nice place. Couldn't get any stations on the televisions, which was frustrating. The bathroom with the tub, really isn't for showering, as the wall only goes up partway, so water gets on the floor.

All my guests have my phone number and can contact me if they need to resolve any issues. The apartment description and photos clearly state that there are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. I honestly don't understand your comment or your problem. Regards

Living like a local!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment. Our host was so gracious to meet us at the Vaparetto stop and walk us to the location. She gave us tons of recommendations for her favorite places and we tried many of them, enjoyed great chicchetti and restaurants like locals. She shared the history of the Spritz and recommended the local Spritz of choice, The Select. So we felt like we got a true tase of Venice and avoided overly touristy places. The apartment is very comfortable and super quiet, a nice place to relax and rest after the bustle of the streets and museums. Thank you to the best host!

Great location and better host

Lorenza went the extra mile and met us at water taxi and led us to the property. In centrally located but quiet neighborhood away from tourist crush, close to stores, fruit stands, coffee and pastry shops. Kitchen well equipped. If in the summer be aware that AC is not in the bedrooms, but out in the hall just outside bedrooms. To get cool air into rooms we slept with bedroom doors open (two couples visiting Venice and sharing vrbo sleeping with open bedroom doors was not ideal). The hospitality of the host and her responsiveness to questions and suggestions was outstanding and we would stay again.

What a lovely spot in the heart of San Polo!

We had a lovely 3-day family stay in Lorenza’s garden apartment. Lorenza met us at the vaporetto stop and showed us the way over two small canal bridges to the apartment. We got wonderful recommendations of where to go, and she was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, with so much charm. The garden is incredible, a hidden gem of tranquility and green. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the tourist zoo, but central on foot to everything you could want to see, including the Grand Canal. It took us 20 minutes to walk to San Marco, 10 minutes to the Rialto, and it was wonderful to return to the peace of our apartment and its calmer neighborhood at the end of the day. Un séjour fantastique

L'appartement était super bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied et économiser de l'argent sur les trajets en bateau. De plus, la propriétaire était vraiment sympa et accommodante, nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et nous avons pu poser les affaires dès notre arrivée et le départ était vraiment facile. Elle a également des adresses super sympas de restaurants et de bars à recommander qui étaient vraiment bien. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !

Juste PARFAIT !

Je recommande fortement cette location très cocooning, super propre avec un accueil de très grande qualité. Les contacts téléphoniques avec Lorenza l'adorable propriétaire ont toujours été chaleureux, toujours prête à vous rendre service comme par exemple elle avait proposé de venir récupérer ses locataires à l'aéroport. un accueil vraiment au top

Lorenza sait vraiment prendre le temps d'accueillir ses locataires. Un grand merci pour son accueil et sa disponibilité pour nous donner tous les renseignements utiles pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Très joli petit appartement. Dommage que les moustiques nous aient empêché de profiter du petit jardin.

Deuxième séjour à Venise, l'accueil par la propriétaire Lorenza fut très chaleureux, de la même façon qu'il y a un an avec son père Luiggi, dans un très bon français. C'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous recommandons ce lieu, bien situé et tout à fait charmant. Grazzie Mille à Lorenza.
