Villa de luxe au premier étage Summerwoods 2 Br / 2ba W / accÚs à la plage dédiée

Summerwoods, une nouvelle communautĂ© situĂ©e Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud de l'Ăźle oĂč la promenade est couverte de chĂȘnes majestueux. C'est beau. SituĂ© entre le Ritz Carlton et le cĂ©lĂšbre quartier de Summer Beach, c'est Ă  mon avis l'endroit parfait. Nous vous invitons Ă  sĂ©journer dans notre maison de vacances et Ă  profiter autant de Summerwoods d'Amelia que nous. Dans les majestueux chĂȘnes Ă  baldaquin se trouve une passerelle de plage dĂ©diĂ©e des villas Ă  l'ocĂ©an. (voir photos) Le condo de style villa dispose d'une piscine privĂ©e et d'une cabane pour nos clients.

L'intérieur a une suite principale de luxe avec salle de bain principale qui comprend 2 pommes de douche, des comptoirs en granit, deux lavabos. La chambre principale a une porte extérieure menant à la véranda grillagée; tous sauvegardés sur une ligne d'arbres pour plus d'intimité. Il y a une grande cuisine haut de gamme avec un bar de petit déjeuner en granit, qui peut accueillir trois personnes et une salle à manger pour quatre personnes.

Cette propriété est plus souhaitable car elle est nouvellement construite en 2014 et comprend plus d'équipements haut de gamme tels que des plafonds de 10 pieds, des portes à panneaux surélevés, une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, une véranda grillagée, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et du carrelage.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The place itself was very clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the owners take great pride in keeping everything in excellent condition.The facilities were great, especially the pool, which was a nice bonus for relaxing after a day at the beach. We also really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was—it made for a very relaxing getaway.Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Perfect Peaceful Stay

The Location is perfect near everything. The walk to Beach is quite a haul too far to carry chairs and umbrellas but the drive to several close Beaches worth it with plenty of parking. The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked well. No problem if you have a question or concern Laurie is just a text away.

Loved Amelia Island!!!

This was a great vacation and this condo made it feel like home. Perfect location, close to grocery, beach, and some restaurants. Condo is super clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds are comfy, Directv Stream in living room and both bedrooms, kitchen is roomy, and a nice screened in patio outback. Stop looking and rent this place, you won't be disappointed!

The pictures don’t do it justice! Well stocked and very clean place. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Laurie is wonderful about communicating all information needed for your stay. If you have a lot of beach stuff, consider renting a golf cart or bringing a wagon. We will definitely be back!

Laurie was a great host and provided some excellent suggestions about how to enjoy Amelia Island. Although I walk to slow to reach the beach in 5 minutes, it is an easy shade-covered walk from the neighborhood to the beach access.

This is the second time we have stayed at Summerwoods and we have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The condo is beautiful and clean. We brought our bikes and rode literally from one end of the island to the other (and beyond to Big Talbot.). I hope we can come again.

To me this is Paradise. That's why I named it Villa Sans Souci, a place with 'no worries', where you can be 'carefree' and enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life back home. I always get pulled back to Summerwoods of Amelia. My favorite past time is enjoying the beach, boating and beachcombing. You never know the treasures you will find while exploring nature and enjoying the wonderful surroundings that await you here on Amelia Island. Please come and stay awhile. You will be glad you did!
