Magnifique appartement Haussmannien à quelques pas de la tour Eiffel.
Situé au 2eme étage d'un immeuble prestigieux, il comprend une très grande et magnifique réception, 3 chambres très spacieuses comportant chacune leur salle de bain et leurs toilettes uniquement accessibles depuis la chambre. Une cuisine parfaitement équipée, une lingerie et des toilettes complètent ce splendide appartement.
Hauteur sous plafond et moulures impressionnantes, accessible naturellement par un ascenseur et un ascenseur de service.
Télévision et lecteur DVD dans chaque chambre.
Le calme est de rigueur, compte tenu du standing de l'immeuble.
Une caution de 400 euros sera requis a l'entrée des lieux, elle ne sera pas encaissee mais restituee a la sortie en cas de non degats.

The apartment is so spacious and absolutely beautiful. I stayed there for a month and hosted different groups of family and friends each week. Everyone loved the location. The Eiffel Tower, great shops and excellent restaurants are just a quick walk away and all the other sites are easily accessible on the metro.

Great Fall stay in Paris

We were in Paris with our 3 teenagers. The place is spacious and well stocked. The location is greatly located near to all Paris has to offer. The area is in quite residential area with lots of local bistros and bakeries.

Beautiful Spacious Apartment

A great apartment with tons of space and a fully equipped kitchen. Two nearby metro stops put us in contact with the entire city. The owner was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. A great stay!

A wonderful experience

This apartment is everything that you could want in a luxury Paris apartment-and more. The owner and his agents were extremely inviting and helpful. The location is excellent and the accommodations are great. It is a beautiful and comfortable place, with an extremely well appointed kitchen and household supplies. It was truly a luxury home away from home.

Wonderful Apartment in Paris

We loved our time in the apartment during fashion week. We were close to everything we wanted to do and having the apartment allowed us to relax in style. Jean Pierre, the owner, and Rachid, the manager, were both very helpful and extremely prompt in their communications.

This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in. Everything went smoothly, and was exactly as advertised. Location was perfect. Concierge supplied was perfect. It was a nice touch having a doorman. I really can’t say anything more about it because it was great. Thank you for renting to us.

Beautiful home away from home

JP’s home was just as pictured. It is a beautiful home away from home with every detail thought of. It was clean, quiet, and nicely positioned for easy access to nearby restaurants, boulangeries, and the metro. The home was stocked with all that you need to make your stay easy: bath soap, dish soap, clothes detergent/softener/ salt packs, and trash bags. You can just move in.
