Excellent location right near the beach, simple walk away from the room as well as many different restaurants and stores with every necessary amenity needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic property!!

This property is gorgeous -the photos do not do it justice. Check in was easy and quick. Property is very clean, comfortable and super close to the beach. Would absolutely stay there again and would recommend 100%!

My stay was great! The location was perfect—just a block from the beach, which made it easy to spend plenty of time by the ocean. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It was also close to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping, making it super convenient to grab a bite to eat or pick up anything I needed. Overall, it was the perfect spot for both enjoying the beach and having access to the surrounding area. I’d definitely stay here again!

Littlest, happiest stay!

My fiancé and I stayed at this location for 5 days and we were SO happy. It was small, but that’s what made the experience even more fun. Everything you could need, was provided. It was clean, beautiful and exactly what we needed. We loved it and will definitely be returning.

I didn't pay any attention to the fact that this was an efficiency apartment unfortunately because I was so stressed before leaving for my vacation. Having said that, this place was absolutely spotless, a great location, quiet, and the owner was super communicative! The beach was super close too! They provided chairs, towels, and coolers which was awesome! If I was traveling solo or maybe a lot younger with another young person, this is great value! Would definitely recommend!

Great stay

Nice, clean close to all amenities. Have not had to fill out extra form at other VRBO, not to difficult just need to remember to fill it out. Don’t try the door code 2 minutes before check in creates problem with code. Otherwise beautiful and it was a great stay.

Great location

This place was just right for my wife and I. It is very compact but designed to meet all your needs. Just a short walk to the beach and they provide everything you need for a day at the beach. Also the outdoor community space was very inviting. Parking is tight but space for one car per room. Would stay again but to small for long stays. A week was fine.

Very clean and updated as shown in pictures. Small space but had all the essentials! Beach equipment was super useful and saved us a big hassle and money! Only complaint is the water pressure—for a gal with thick hair I had to finish washing my hair in the kitchen sink. Otherwise, great stay!

Very modern, great location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderfully and tastefully put together. Short walk to the beach and easy access to all of Cocoa Beach. Tracey was very friendly and responsive to all our small concerns and suggestions. I recommend it, and would like to come back again! Only complaint we had was with the damage deposit, otherwise 5 stars. Even though we only had time to stay for 2 nights, it took over a week and a half to get it refunded to our account. Though not Tracey's fault, that's way too long.

Excellent Location

This is a great place to stay! The chairs and beach equipment that anyone staying there have access to are really nice to have and convenient for a day at the beach. It is just a short walk to the beach and a quiet area. We were a little nervous about our vacation because a hurricane went through the area just a few days before our arrival, but the owner was great at communicating with us before and during our stay. Definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.
