Nouvellement rénové et entiÚrement meublé et décoré. La propriété est entiÚrement clos sur une grande retraite privée! Doté barbecue, meubles, foyer, Enrouler autour de la cour parfait pour pétanque, Frisbee, ou attraper! Accueil Caractéristiques planchers de bois franc, comme Spa bains, grand manger dans la cuisine w comptoirs en granit. BBQ et meubles de patio sur grand terrain parfait pour se divertir.

Adorable Cottage

We loved staying at this charming home which is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Our furry children were welcome and enjoyed the spacious yard while we enjoyed the patio and water feature. I would highly recommend this home if considering staying in this area.

Great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay here while in town visiting family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Although the home is on a busier street, the nights were quiet and the home is very private with landscaping and a water feature in the yard. It's a great location for walking to coffee shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the beach.

The property was terrific, but I will never book through VRBO again. Two full weeks to refund a deposit is ridiculous. Refund should be refunded within 72 hours maximum. It certainly does not take two full weeks to clean/inspect a property.

Great spot for small family

This was a great place for our young family of four. It’s very close to playgrounds restaurants and beach. There is a bit of a challenging hill to get to and from said locations but nothing an able bodied person should have issue with. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

great location & delicious oranges!

the house was really well stocked -- there was a heater for every room which was nice for how surprisingly cold it was -- and is in a prime location. it also was the perfect set up for 2 couples and 2 kids with room to spread out & for the kids to run around. would definitely recommend it!

Nice stay, good location

We enjoyed our short visit and the property had more amenities than we were able to use. Lovely yard and BBQ is perfect for family gatherings. Our stay was in early December 2022. Nice set-up for families. We had a few technology issues, but the management team was very responsive in getting them resolved.

Enjoyed the stay

We had friends over from the UK and wanted to make the trip a memorable one for them and this didn’t disappoint. We love staying in Encinitas and this property made the trip a really enjoyable one. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved very quickly by the owner and we are very thankful for that. The property was big enough to comfortably accommodate two couples and two teenagers. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Conveniently located to get to restaurants and beaches. We love our stay there.

Clean comfortable stay

We are doing a remodel to our home and needed to be out of our house for a week. The house is cute, clean, quiet and comfortable, just as advertised. Being local, we knew exactly where the house was and it’s proximity to shops and restaurants. We brought our e-bikes down, which we highly recommend or regular bikes can get you in town or to the beach quickly!

Wedding trip success

We had a wonderful time in Encinitas, walking to the different beaches, enjoying the restaurants and climate. The house was beautiful and fit our multigenerational family perfectly. Our dog loved the yard and her walks. Our son was married at the San Diego Botanical Garden less than 5 minutes away. So beautiful!!!

Beautiful family friendly home

This home is very nicely decorated . Beautifully landscaped . In a quiet neighborhood. Love the fully fenced in yard, child and pet friendly. We did have to call the owner during our stay. She replied quickly and resolved the problem. U couldn't ask for a better host. I would not hesitate to stay there again !

Great location!

The location couldn’t be better with an easy walk or bike to the beach, great neighborhood restaurants, and parks. The house itself served the purpose for our trip, had a fully stocked kit hen with every appliance you could imagine, and has a great yard but could definitely use an update. It was a lot darker inside than the pictures demonstrate and the bed linens were clean but all seemed worn out. Overall, we’d still come back! Easy check in and responsive hosts. Thanks for the stay!

Not what we expected

The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Outdoors was nice. The house was very difficult to keep warm at night. You could hear rodents in the attic at night along with an ant problem. Two of the three beds used were not very comfortable. We had an enjoyable time visiting family but probably wouldn’t stay there again especially for the price

Cozy living room

Very spacious yard. No outside fire pit as stated on description. Stocked kitchen, everything you need to cook, serve and clean. Wish the outside area was cleaned up a little more. Table and chairs were sticky and seating area was dusty. We did have an issue with ants inside some rooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Area felt safe!

Good time in Encinitas

The photos of the property were a little misleading but it was nice (needs a good outside paint job). The outdoor patio and furniture could have used cleaning including cob webs. we didn't use the BBQ but the patio fire place was nice. The entry gate latch needs to be fixed as well. We wee able to find extra T.P. and paper towels but bought extra kleenex which we left there. The location was perfect for us as we were able to take our grandson of 2 to the parks in the area and to the beach (just beware that there are some rather steep hills between the property and the beach area). also some great restaurants like at the Fish Shop and Herb and Sea.Overall we had a great 13 days :)

Currently have Guavas, Passion Fruit, Avocado and over 1000 coffee trees. Coffee is a new unique crop here in California. We love to travel but its not always easy with all the kids.

Villa De Requeza is such a nice Encinitas Coastal property. It was recently remodeled this year and offers a unique atmosphere where many wonderful memories will be made and shared. The property is on a private lot and is single story.

I personally love the modern Bungalow feel and the Outdoor shower, which is perfect for surfers and the kids after a long day at the beach!
