Magnifique condo joliment décoré au Club Ocean Villa II, grande piscine extérieure de 40 verges de votre cour privée et 4 minutes à pied de la plage: piscine intérieure, 2 courts de tennis, 2 courts de racquetball. North Ocean City est beaucoup plus calme et familial. En quelques minutes de marche de nombreux grands restaurants et le parc est à seulement 6 rues plus loin. A une place pour garer votre remorque de bateau si la navigation de plaisance est votre truc.

- Nous aimons la grande piscine extérieure est à seulement 40 verges.
- Nous aimons OC du Nord car il est beaucoup plus silencieux.
- Nous aimons la grande cour privé à repaire certains soirs.
- Nous aimons la piscine intérieure et un sauna quand le temps ne coopère pas.
- Nous aimons marcher sur les courts de tennis pour jouer au tennis le matin.
- Nous aimons les grands restaurants avec une courte distance à pied à proximité comme le Crab Cake usine
- Nous aimons la commodité d'avoir la Food Lion, CVS, Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, fruits de mer Marchand, Billy Subs (ils ont de grands sous-marins), 7Eleven à distance de marche.
- Nous aimons parking en face de notre cour et le déchargement et le chargement de la voiture. Pas de chariots nécessaires. Il est si facile!
- J'adore les ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre!

Very comfortable and cute beach decor. Was happy that we were able to take our fur baby with us. So many close choices with restaurants that allow pets. Would stay again as the condo was so clean and the walk-in shower was great for our senior legs.

We loved the Johnson Beach House! They are great hosts with a beautiful home. They were also able to accommodate our German Shepherd who is just a bit over the weight limit Bubba loved the beach! See y’all next year!

Great escape to the beach

We loved renting this condo for a week! The location near the beach was amazing, the indoor pool was great. It was quiet and relaxing. Some things I wish we had known before going: The indoor pool is closed due to the pandemic There are no floats or tubes allowed at the pool which bummed my kids out but was understandable since it was so busy while we were there If we decide to come back, we will bring larger pots pans and a large skillet with it. For most families the size of the pots and pans would work great, but being a family with 5 children, we always need bigger and just didn't even think of it this time If you want to order pizza, we highly recommend trying Captain Pizza out! There pizza was amazing Overall, the stay was amazing!

Wasn't at all what we thought we were renting.

Upon our arrival, we had to do quite a bit of cleaning. There were still dirty bed linens on the beds from the previous renters. The entire place was a mess! We spent 4 hours cleaning the place before our family arrived. The floors were nasty. We had to wash the little bed linens that were there. (There was very little and we had to go buy more.) There was some dirty linens still in the washer that had not been washed. The bathroom was interesting. There was a shim of wood under the toilet to keep it from rocking back and forth when you sat down on it. (Looks like they had to do some plumbing repairs at one time and never properly fixed the floor underneath the toilet. The king sized bed was held up by paper back books. (I wondered why the first three nights I felt lopsided in bed. I had to put the books back under the frame that had come loose.) Chris did refund us our cleaning fee. The one good thing about this place is they allow pets! It's very difficult to find a place in OC that allows pets. We did appreciate that! All in all, I just wish this place was a bit better kept. It's a great location. It could be a really cute place with some general repairs, cleaning and maintenance.

The condo was not cleaned and I had to spend a great deal of time getting the vacuum to work. The owner was very responsive to the issue and all worked out very well in the end.

Great Property

This property was clean and in an excellent location. It is right behind the shopping center with food lion and Dunkin Donuts, also right next to WAWA. It was great for the dogs, plenty of space to walk them and far enough off of costal to where we felt they were safe. The property itself was clean and well kept, and the owner was always available and was great at communication. The patio was great and we will definitely be staying here again!

My wife and I were excited to find this property because it was in a location that we liked and walking distance to the ocean. Sadly my wife and I had to spend the entire first day cleaning the place before we were even comfortable sitting on a couch. There was a wet swiffer which would turn the cleaning pads completblack after just 30 seconds of mopping. If anyone ever moved a couch and cleaned it would be the first time. There was plywood under the toilet to keep it from falling through the floor. The cabinets were out of plumb. The sliding doors looked like they were from the 70s and required a lot of work to function. And on top of all of this the price includes a cleaning fee for work my wife and i needed to do.

I am sorry that the place was not clean to your satisfaction. The sliders are only 2 years old and lock fine as I was just down there recently and are very heavy expensive doors. I pay for a cleaning company and I never had a complaint from anyone else that has come down to the beach house. I have switched the cleaning company after seeing your review.

Great location, beautiful beachy condo

This was the perfect place for our family in terms of size for our group of five (and two dogs), plus a short, 4 minute walk to the beach, just as described. The owner was very flexible with our requests, which we really appreciated. The pool was great for our youngest daughter, and the patio was a great place to store our beach supplies. It was also nice to be able to walk to the grocery. The condo itself is very pretty and beach-themed, always a plus. The neighborhood and surrounding area was FANTASTIC

5 day getaway

My wife and i stayed here 6/14 to 6/19 although the weather did not completely cooperate We still enjoyed ourselves, Nice huge outdoor pool. When the weather was not cooperating we were able to swim in the indoor pool which is now open.Condo had a nice master bedroom with walk in shower and deep huge tub. There was a nice patio to sit outside if you have a animal. . Only downside was the toilets in both bedrooms are very low to the ground which can be difficult if you have a hard time getting down. Would bring a handicap chair next time. Beach access was easy and many restaurants nearby. Would definitely come again

Great location and amenities

This property was spacious and in a great location. The condo overall could use some general repairs, but all things were in working order. Pet friendly was a plus. We had a misunderstanding with the cleaning crew not coming until the 2nd day of our stay, but the property owner was apologetic and made things right for us. Things happen. I’d stay again.

Starbucks is within walking distance too and the crab cake factory is delicious. The king bed was very comfortable and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We had a great weekend

Family Vacation 2019

This property is a lovely home away from home. Like the listing said, it’s a very short walk to a beautiful beach and to many shops like Food Lion, WaWa, Starbucks, etc. There are tons of tasty restaurants and happy hour locations in walking distance as well. My daughters were thrilled that it was only a $10 Uber to the many night life hot spots. All in all, this is a great rental! We plan on going back next year.

Family Vacation

This is our second year staying at this Condo. We had myself, husband, three teenagers and our dog with us. The condo is the perfect size and the location is great for families. The owner is great to work with and very personable. Definetly seeing ourselves back for another vacation.

HI Nancy, I am not sure why you would have given my unit 1 star. Everyone else has given our place 5 stars. If you don't like Ocean City I am very sorry but the one-star reflects on my place poorly and it is a very nice place. I would really appreciate you changing your rating of our place and not the destination.

Our family enjoyed staying here! It was close to the beach & the bay. We were able to walk to both. The layout was perfect for our family of four plus our 2 large dogs. Thank you for great accommodations!

Everything we needed for a fabulous beach vacation with our three teenagers! We will be back.

A great location with plenty of activities in walking distance: the beach, grocery store, restaurants, a pier at Northside park for watching the sunset, outdoor pool, tennis courts, ice cream, coffee, and more. It is also an easy drive to the boardwalk or Assateague Island. The condo had all we needed for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers and we look foward to going back!

Very nice unit-convenient and spacious

Overall the unit is very nice - clean and roomy -great for our weekend for the car cruise as it was convenient and had trailer parking. Will definitely consider this for future trips to OC ! Thanks for opening up your beach getaway for others to enjoy !

Great condo, feels like home

My family enjoyed staying at this condo. It was conveniently located in OC, 5 mins walk to the beach, had access to indoor and outdoor pools. We were able to get our pet dog sparky along, lots of nearby places to walk the dog. The condo was well equipped and was in good condition with new flooring.

Great location and we loved the small outdoor patio!

The condo was nest and clean but it could use a very deep cleaning. Also the smaller bedrooms fan was shaking so much we could not use it. We were disappointed that the Community Sauna was broken. The location was perfect and very close to family . The beds were comfortable. We spent most of our time with family on the beach so I can't comment on the kitchen appliances or televisions because we did not use them. Perfect casual, lived in beach condo!
