Venez vous détendre dans ce spacieux chalet de 3 chambres, vue sur le lac des deux cÎtés.

Ce grand chalet à aire ouverte a récemment installé des planchers de bois de 12 pouces fraßchement peints et propres. Avec une touche trÚs scandinave. Presque tous les nouveaux meubles et literie Ikea. Venez vous détendre sur la plage. Il y a quelques vélos à utiliser, ainsi qu'une planche à pagaie. Il y a une reine dans la chambre principale, chacune des 2 autres chambres a un lit superposé double / complet. La terrasse est trÚs grande et donne sur les deux cÎtés du lac, idéale pour un barbecue.
Ce chalet est proche de la piste cyclable qui peut vous amener à Burlington en environ une demi-heure de vélo. Ou sur la chaussée. La plage est longue et belle plage de sable.

Light and airy summer cottage with great gathering spaces both indoor and out. The host goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable providing plush towels and pillows, chairs and umbrellas for the beach and is responsive to questions that may arise. Perfectly located in a quiet friendly neighborhood near the bike trail and airport park with pickleball courts. We bought floats and enjoyed swimming and floating in the sandy bottomed lake. We cooked all our meals and enjoyed eating together. The washer and dryer was a bonus.

Open and bright camp with lake views

The main living area is bright and open making it a wonderful place to hang with the family. The bedrooms are small (it is a seasonal camp) but the beds were very comfortable. Loved the location - we'd absolutely come back.

Great beach house

We enjoyed being so close to the water and would have enjoyed the beach more if the weather had cooperated! Even so, the beach house was a large and comfortable place to hang out and listen to the rain.

Cutest cozy cottage

We were in Vermont for my sons graduation from UVM. Best decision booking this cottage instead of a hotel. I loved the open concept and the outside porch and set up was perfect. Just a real peaceful spot! Would definitely come back. Thanks!

Nice Stay for UVM graduation

We had a lovely stay at this cottage with lake views and appreciated being outside of busy downtown Burlington. We might have been their first stay of the season and sadly the bikes were not available to ride. We were grateful for the space heaters and gas heater that we ultimately had to turn on for some extra warmth. There is a washer/drier even though I think I missed that in the description. Would have appreciated a light over the sink. And, we couldn't get the ceiling fans to turn off. Not deal breakers and glad we stayed.

Stayed for two weeks while our oldest was in camp at the college there.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. It literally felt like time was standing still which was wonderful. We could walk to the causeway which was a bonus. We explored Burlington and the surrounding areas. There’s even a drive in movie theater down the road that we went to a couple Of times. The kids loved it. There’s also a great park down the road to take the kids to or to play tennis and pickle ball. The home is on a quite road and is across the street from the private beach. We had access to paddle boards and a kayak which was great. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for the use of your cottage!

We had a great stay!

The house suited our family of 4 perfectly. I did not feel it was clear from the listing that the beach access was across the street behind other homes. The lake is visible from the street and access is easy but we were not expecting that. We had a great time and enjoyed the paddle boards even in cold water. Definitely recommend.

Relaxing Getaway

A Perfect Retreat Close to Town

The little house by the water was relaxing, comfy, and close to everything while far enough away to give a sense of country quiet. The bed was comfortable and soft, the kitchen well-appointed and communication with Liz and Steve easy and always friendly. We miss it already. Neighbors were sweet and friendly. We spent lots of time sitting on the deck under the trees, watching rabbits run in and out of the garden. Groceries were easy to find nearby. Rozzi's Tavern down the street has really good burgers, go early though before the after-work crowd, because it gets busy. Sunset Drive-In around the corner was a wonderful way to spend an evening close to home. The house was beautiful, warm, and welcoming. We can't wait to go back!

Great cottage on the lake

We had a great stay. The cottage was cozy and a wonderful place to relax after sailboat racing all weekend. The space was fantastic for watching storms roll across the lake and comfortable for a pizza snd football evening. I would highly recommend this cottage. I would stay here again!

Beautiful Summer Cottage

We enjoyed staying in this clean and nicely decorated cottage. The property location was close to the Colchester and Burlington areas We enjoyed walks on the beach and bike rides up to the causeway.

Wonderful Property!

We stayed at this adorable beach house for ten days! The property is very clean and is close to downtown Burlington. The beach house has everything you need and the hosts, Lisa and Steven were super easy to get ahold of when needed. I look forward to staying here again soon! Highly recommend!

Mallets Bay House

This was a great place to stay during our trip to Burlington. The house is cute, clean, warm, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is great, very close to Burlington and right off the bike path. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed many days of biking along the beautiful path to Burlington. Would definitely stay again.

Great visit!

Clean, cozy and very comfortable beach house with a great view of the lake right out the front window. Very easy to get a variety of locations: Burlington, Stowe, Shelburne, etc.
