The condo was clean and as pictured. It was modern and comfortable and there was enough room for our family of four with two teenagers (although there is only one bathroom). It’s in a great location with a one minute walk to the beach with everything in walking distance.

Suite 201

Stayed 6 nights.Property was a nice space for 4 adults.Decorated with beach theme and quality amenities .A/C will run you out !The hot water was iffy for showers(sometimes you got a hot shower,sometimes you didn't )The beds where all comfortable (did not use pullout)The door latch operates way to quickly and you can barely get 2 people thru without deadbolt deploying(Hence the ditch dug into door frame)The timing needs to be extended for sure on this issue.Must go thru 3 gates to get to the outside of property which is a pain for sure when hands are full with beach gear and the like.I don't understand why that much security is needed for property.Location could not be better for beach access.Like stated above property is very nice and suited well for 4 overall and was satisfied with space.If Tv was taken off dresser in living room and mounted on wall it would free up even more room to enjoy.Beach chair and umbrellas where a lifesaver at the beach.Parking was fine(did see a van get towed from spot with a quickness)Clearwater beach itself defeinatly is a money maker for police and fire because they have a huge precedent there.Cant go anywhere without road being blocked for some issue or another !

Awesome visit!

This was my first time in Clearwater. This place was recommended to me by my broker. It is the perfect location and the perfect stay. I loved all the amenities including the pool and washer/dryer. The bed is SO comfortable. We will definitely stay here every visit!

Seriously just steps from the beach and the room was perfect!!! Cute beach decor and super comfortable. Perfect location to get a nice daily walk in down the main strip with all the little shops ☺️
