Ce Island Beach Condo est un condo de plage de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain en face de Indian Rocks Beach (IRB). A 2 1/2 minutes Ă  pied de la porte d'entrĂ©e ou de l'arriĂšre vers le magnifique sable blanc et poudreux et les eaux bleues du golfe. L'IRB est une Ă©tendue de plage de 3 milles situĂ©e Ă  quelques kilomĂštres au sud de Clearwater Beach (qui est classĂ©e la plage n ° 1 aux États-Unis pour 2018), mais l'IRB n'a pas la folie touristique de Clearwater Beach. Contrairement Ă  Clearwater Beach, qui est une destination touristique, l'IRB est une communautĂ© rĂ©sidentielle. Il n'y a pas d'hĂŽtels situĂ©s sur la plage, c'est une communautĂ© de plage assez insulaire, loin de toute agitation, mais assez proche de Clearwater si vous voulez sortir avec la foule. RĂ©veillez-vous dans ce condo de plage joliment dĂ©corĂ© et traversez la rue jusqu'Ă  la plage et appuyez sur votre bouton de redĂ©marrage, asseyez-vous sur la plage, plongez dans l'ocĂ©an, ramassez des coquillages, observez les oiseaux et profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil.

Ce condo de plage mis Ă  jour a de nouveaux appareils, une nouvelle salle de bain, des meubles, des matelas, des traitements de fenĂȘtre, des draps et des serviettes et dĂ©corĂ©s professionnellement. Il s'agit d'une unitĂ© de coin au rez-de-chaussĂ©e (Ă  un seul niveau), avec une porte avant et arriĂšre. La porte arriĂšre dispose d'un espace pour suspendre les serviettes de plage et laisser l'Ă©quipement de plage. Ce condo de plage de plain-pied dans un quartier calme, Ă  5 pĂątĂ©s de maisons du cƓur du centre-ville IRB. Vous pouvez vous promener dans de bons restaurants dans toutes les gammes de prix, pas de restaurants de chaĂźne uniquement des restaurants locaux, de nombreuses familles appartenant Ă  plus de 25 ans comme: Crabby Bills, Keegan's Seafood Grill, PJ's Oyster Bar, Kooky Coconut & Pajano's Famous Subs. Vous aurez de nombreux choix alimentaires: fruits de mer, italien, mexicain, pizza, chinois, thaĂŻ, boulangerie parisienne, hamburgers, cuisine cubaine et beaucoup Ă  distance de marche.

Juste à cÎté de ce condo sur la plage se trouve l'IRB Nature Preserve. Vous pouvez profiter de cette réserve d'habitat faunique de 9,3 acres - comprenant un habitat faunique, une végétation indigÚne, des terres humides et une promenade éducative.

Other than 2 issues, place is perfect!!

This rental was immaculate!! Cleanest rental ever! We loved the proximity to the beach, plus everything we needed was readily available in the rental including beach towels, beach chairs, lots of condiments, paper towels
 everything was available! Cheryl was communicative throughout the process. Two constructive feedbacks that lead me to rate this rental a 4 out of 5: 1.) There’s a mandatory cleaning fee included in the rental price, yet at check out we were required to strip all bedsheets, towels, take out trash, load the dishwasher, clean bathroom glass door, clean beach chairs while staying there etc etc. what is the purpose of the mandatory cleaning fee if we are going to do all that cleaning? 2.) The mandatory lease agreement required us to disclose very personal identifiable information such as full D/L information, full credit card information etc via email or via phone, In this day and age of identity theft and increasing internet scams/fraud, it is TOO RISKY to send this pertinent info via email or via phone. That is a VERY RISKY requirement. Other than those 2 issues, the place was simply perfect!

Amazing Place!

The house was just as described! It had absolutely everything we needed. Cheryl communicated well and checked in to be sure all was well. The proximity to the beach was another highlight. If we're ever back in the area, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Being able to get to the beach in a hop, skip, and a jump was awesome! The condo was nicely equipped and had everything we needed. Cheryl was a superb host!

Great Place with Grear Location

First, communication was top notch. Cheryl proactively texted us in advance with everything we needed to access the unit. We had a late arrival and we got in smoothly. This 2BR unit is in excellent shape and it appears the entire unit was remodeled recently. High quality materials throughout. We liked the little touches, like the wagon with beach chairs and towels. Place also was very clean. We literally had to just cross Gulf Boulevard to get to the beach in 2-3 minutes, which was fantastic. It was a great stay for us, and we were happy to be in a nice place with such a great location.

Cozy Villa Steps from the Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy, fully furnished villa which was just steps from the beach. The queen bed was very comfortable and so was the living room furniture. We were pleasantly surprised at all of the amenities provided for our stay. One can tell from the moment you walk into this villa that the host takes great pride in their property. The entire villa was very clean and so comfortable. The host was very pleasant during all communications. I would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Exactly as Advertised

This is a very nice vacation condo. It looks exactly as it appears in the pictures. The location was perfect for us. Beach access is directly across the street, two minutes away, and multiple restaurants are within walking distance. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the condo was clean and well stocked with just about everything needed. The property manager was very friendly and accessible, just a text away. We are in this area at least once a year and would definitely like to stay here again.

IRB

Excellent property, a little farther from the beach than I expected. Lots of rules, especially for departure. I have never used VRBO before, so I did not know that there would be a separate cleaning fee, even though we stripped the beds, cleaned the shower and took out the garbage/recycling. The owner, Cheryl, was delightful and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Everything!

Excellent vacation

Cheryl has thought about everything carefully and provided everything you need as a guest on holiday. The Condo is brilliant and couldn’t be in a better location, with a 2 minute stroll to the beach. The beach equipment provided is a great idea and we used it most days. The neighbours to the condo are lovely people aswell, all very welcoming. All in all we couldn’t recommend it highly enough and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything has been done to a high standard including the appliances and the shower had great pressure aswell. Relaxing and comfy beach house

The three weeks flew by. The condo was very comfortable well decorated and stocked with everything one needs to be comfortable. It is close to the beach and stores and restaurants in town. Great place to R and R and get away from The cold winter days.

Very clean

Property was very clean. Lots of extras provided. There isn’t anything negative to say about our experience here. The one thing I would like to see and this is the same at all beach condos we have stayed, is I would like better beach chairs provided. They are always too small and sit very close to the ground.

IRB and more!

Great location to explore the coast in both directions. Comfy, cozy accommodations. Quiet nights. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dry goods, condiments and cookware and BBQ. New beach chairs, umbrella, plush beach towels and wagon for the short walk to cross the street to the glorious sand beach and easy swimming access. After many trips to this area, looking at many condos, most in high rise buildings, we fell in love with this condo the minute we set our eyes on it. The property is laid back and relaxing which makes it very desirable. This Beach Condo is only 1 of 12 ground level units (and only 1 of 3, 2 bedroom units) at the Spanish II Villas, a quiet, small development. Spanish II Villas is located on the corner of 10th Avenue & Gulf Blvd. Your parking space is right in front of the condo. Once you leave the unit you will step only a few hundred feet to cross Gulf Blvd and the 10th Ave Beach access is right there. Even the beach access is amazing where you will walk through a maze of tropical palm trees; you'll be on the beach in less than 2 1/2 minutes, from walking out the back door of this beach condo to stepping foot in white powdery sand and gazing at the Gulf of Mexico!

THE BEST PART ABOUT OUR BEACH CONDO IS THE BEACH!!! Our condo is a 2 1/2 minute walk to the beach. You literally walk out the door, go to the corner, cross Gulf Blvd., and the 10th Avenue beach walking path is right there. Roll out of bed, grab a cup of coffee and walk on the beach!. Then during the day, we walk home for lunch or little breaks and leave our chairs and towels on the beach... it's that close. Our beach condo is also newly renovated, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a brand new spa bathroom. The unit is very quiet. There has actually been a storm raging outside and I didn't hear it at all. The condo has new furnishings, new window treatments and new stainless steel Samsung kitchen appliances. New LG washer/dryer tower installed 9/2021 for your convenience. There are ceiling fans in every room. The unit has central air conditioning and heat. You have 1 parking space which is right in front of the condo. The condo is ground floor with direct access from the street and parking space. It is 5 blocks from the center of town, which on really busy days, during the season, is nice because you are close enough to walk and far enough away that you escape all the touristy noise! You will LOVE this condo!!!
