The property is in a fabulous location with beautiful sunsets. Plenty of room on the balcony if you bring additional chairs. The elevator went on the blink for a few hours but with Franks assistance he was able to contact the property manager for a quick resolution. Will recommend this condo to my family and friends.

My 2 sisters and I had a most wonderful time. The elevator was appreciated so much. The patio was awesome. We spent a lotta time out there. It’s a lovely place. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much!!

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host stayed in contact and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was perfect—we were close to everything in Hot Springs while still getting to enjoy an amazing view of the lake. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and will absolutely be back!

The condo was very clean and nice. The view was amazing and the owners communicated very well with us. I would definitely stay here again. We were close to everything but the property was still peaceful. Very nice retreat for the week.

5 Stars on everything! When filling out reviews questions the screen was to large to give 5 star rating, only wide enough to give 4 stars to advance to next question, I could not shrink screen on my phone so had to rate 4 to complete review. Property manager Frank was exceptionall, quick response to any questions, booking, check in and out went very well. I highly recommend this property! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable! The location was perfect, close to Main Street Hot Springs, hiking trails and restaurants. The view from patio was beautiful and relaxing. I would love to go back again someday.

Wonderful place to stay. Really it was bigger and nicer than the pictures. Bed was very comfortable. Huge outdoor patio. Vaulted ceilings so you felt like you had plenty of room. Frank was so easy to deal with which made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Will definitely be back.

Excellent stay. The rental was clean and comfortable. The host was communicative and friendly. Check in was easy. The rental is situated between many restaurants that made the stay even better. The sunset view is the best part of the unit. Highly recommend.

Rental was very clean and host was very responsive.A few things that would improve the unit IMO are:A few more pillows (Only two, sort of flat pillows per bed.)Some towel bars in the bathrooms. There are 2 hooks by the showers.Some hand towels.

Hi Jayne! So glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for your recommendation for improvements. We have an added some additional pillows to the master and hand towel for the bathroom in addition to the bath towels and wash cloths that we normally supply. We have several towel hooks on each side of the showers as well and most guests prefer that to a single towel bar. Thanks for the suggestions! Come back any time!
