Notre maison "The Glass Sea" est situé au large historique Tubman Road, au cœur de Brewster. Le salon est ouvert à une cuisine américaine et une salle à manger au premier étage. Il y a une grande terrasse à côté du salon de superviser un grand jardin semi-ombragée, un endroit parfait pour vous détendre après une journée à la plage, prendre un cocktail et un grill dîner (barbecue à gaz inclus).

Il y a deux chambres spacieuses et une salle de bain au premier étage. A l'étage, il y a une troisième chambre à coucher, deuxième salle de bains et une mezzanine grande chambre / salon avec un canapé-lit. Le salon est rempli de jouets pour enfants, jeux familiaux, des livres, une télévision, et un système de divertissement Wii, tout ce que les enfants ont besoin de se divertir.
La cuisine est équipée de nouveaux appareils, y compris une machine à café Nespresso et est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner ou griller. Il est Wi-Fi et AC dans la maison. La cour est semi-ombragé, a quelques chaises Adirondack et un foyer pour profiter de faire griller des guimauves dans la soirée.

Nous aimons la région de Cape Cod et aimerions que nos clients d'avoir la meilleure expérience sur le Cap. La maison est livré avec deux vélos pour adultes, que vous pouvez prendre pour une promenade le long de la Cape Cod Rail Trail et à proximité State Park Nickerson. Il y a de nombreux étangs locaux dans la région de Brewster où vous pouvez faire du canoë, de la pêche et de se lever à pédaler. La maison a des chaises de plage, un parasol, une glacière et de la plage des jouets pour les enfants. Sea Glass est situé à quelques miles de quelques-unes des meilleures plages de la baie du Cap, où l'eau est calme et les marées basses sont un must-see. Cape Cod get a way

Cottage was perfect! It was clean and cozy as advertised! The cottage is located perfectly in Brewster and served as a perfect home base for our vacation! Highly recommend a stay here.

Good location for accessing town, beaches and ponds

Well appointed kitchen, but small so hard to have more than 1 person working at a time. Location provides easy access to many beaches and ponds but once off Susan Lane the road is a bit windy and not great for walking so while the beach is technically walkable I would recommend driving if you want to arrive safely. Nice deck with grill for outdoor meals. Loved the outdoor shower!

Great outdoor space and play room

Property is in a great central location within Brewster. Beds, common areas upstairs, and playroom on the second floor were in great shape. The basement play space, outside/yard (landscaping, fire pit chairs), and some of the decking/railings could use some T.L.C. The propane was gone on the grill when we got there and there were old wet towels in the drier still soaked from the prior renter. Otherwise the property offered everything we needed for a nice family vacation near the beach

Quiet Cape Cod Stay

The house is Cape Cod style and has two bedrooms with one large bed each on the first floor and a bedroom on the second floor with bunk beds and a larger bed. The living room is cozy and the kitchen has everything you need for a nice stay. The street is quiet and in a circle that is nice to walk around. It's a short drive to the beach and the Brewster Store (our favorite place). We stayed in winter so Brewster was quiet but still lovely. There is good lighting outside of the house so you can see if you return to the house when it's dark. We did have a little trouble with the key pad and contacted the owners and they responded quickly.

Beautiful home, lot to love

We stayed over July 4th, 2025. The home is very clean and has everything you'd want at a cape house. The grill worked great, the AC was excellent, lighting, TVs and backyard were all functional and well appointed. The owners were extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. We have 3 kids ages 8-10-12. The home worked great because the kids could sleep upstairs and enjoy the living room up there while we cooked or slept etc. :) They refurbished the home- bathrooms were new etc. The outside driveway can fool you into thinking it may not be as good, but the owners are working on the landscaping and once your inside, the home is awesome. My kids enjoyed the spacious backyard and we enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit. Don't hesitate- great place. : )

Arrived at 1030 pm in the pouring rain and code would not work. Tried calling owner and contacting thru app. Had to make alternate arrangements for that night at our expense. Finally heard from owner the next morning who apologized for giving wrong code. Got a refund but didn’t even cover one night of our stay. Window a/c units had black mold and need to be cleaned. Very strange refrigerator - you practically have to get on floor to access freezer. No washcloths in house. Extremely uncomfortable mattresses on bunk bed - couldn’t even use them.

Belle maison

Très bien, très beau! La cuisine est petite pour 9 personnes. Il n'y a fait pas assez de draps et couvertures pour le divan lit. Le papier de toilette , les essuies tout , le savon a main ne sont pas inclus.... Nous avons du ressortir pour en acheter... Habituellement dans les maisons que nous louons c'est fourni! Mais sinon tout est très bien :)

Classic, clean, comfortable Cape cottage

Comfortable and clean. The fire pit and the outdoor shower were nice treats. Ping pong table and bikes are in good shape (not a lot of room to play pong if you're a serious player, just fyi). Host was always responsive. Grill is great and ample. Porch table and chairs are very good. Kitchen stocking is average I'd say. Generous AC options all over the house.

Brewster house

Cute Cape with lovely deck. House fit our needs, would have liked a bit more cabinet space in kitchen but had all the things we needed. I might change cleaning services as the clean towels were still in dryer and bath mat in tub was moldy. House clean overall. Also in great location for our needs.

A nice place to get away from the vacation crowds

A nice home on a quiet circle. No noise from others vacationing on the Cape. Short drive to several shops and restaurants, as well as several beaches in the bay and along the Atlantic Ocean.

Tree house living

House was roomy and clean. It felt like living in a tree house. Sitting outside on deck or around the fire pit was relaxing and a good opportunity to spy birds. Would definitely rent again. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location.

We live in the Boston area and have enjoyed going to Cape Cod for years. We have two young children, ages 14 and 9. We had traveled to many different areas of the Cape, love exploring the Atlantic coast as well as the Bay beaches, as well as checking out various ice cream shops and lobster shacks. We fell in love with the house because of its central location, within a few miles from the best beaches the Cape has to offer, as well as within its close proximity to so many fresh water ponds. We like going to the beach in the summer, riding our bikes, going camping, canoeing , hiking and traveling, as well as spending time with our friends and family.

The "Sea Glass" is a typical Cape Cod house exterior with a nice contemporary European look on the inside. We had rented many different houses on the Cape over the summers and loved Brewster area and the beaches near by - Corporation, Mayflower, Skaket beaches. The area had a special meaning to us because of the wonderful summer vacations we've had in the Brewster area and we knew we wanted a find a home in the area that we can return to every summer.

If tea is your passion, the kitchen comes fully stacked with variety of tea choices and modern kitchen appliances and amenities. The "Sea Glass" comes with two adult bikes, BBQ HD TVs with cable, high speed WiFi and garden fire pit. Beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler are waiting for you. There is a loft/lounge on the second floor full of family games and toys, where the kids can play. In the basement we have a game room with ping pong table.
