Magnifique condo 2/1 à Inverness Condominiums qui a chaque chambre donnant sur la rivière Comal à New Braunfels, Texas. Ceci est un condo d'angle qui a des planchers de bois franc, des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, de beaux meubles et la meilleure vue du complexe! Il a une laveuse et une sécheuse empilables, des casseroles, des poêles, du linge de maison et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une famille ou un week-end romantique. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine, d'un accès direct à la rivière, d'un parking dédié et de barbecues extérieurs. Il y a une grande terrasse en bois qui surplombe le parc et de nombreuses tables pour socialiser.

Ce condo est en face de Schlitterbahn et sur la rivière Comal. Rockin 'R est un pourvoyeur de tubes local qui peut ramasser 2 lots dans les condos d'Inverness entre le Memorial Day et le Labor Day. Pour toute réservation en dehors de cette période, il vous suffit de contacter le magasin Rockin 'R situé à seulement 0,5 km pour les réservations.
Vous disposez de 2 cartes de stationnement, une pour une place couverte numérotée et une seconde pour le stationnement général. Ce condo est au deuxième étage et il y a un ascenseur pour un accès facile. Les clients doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus pour effectuer une réservation et doivent séjourner dans l'établissement. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Les clients recevront 6 bracelets (montant maximum autorisé). Ce condo a une occupation maximale de 6 personnes. Cette occupation maximale ne doit être dépassée à aucun moment. Aucun invité pendant la journée n'est autorisé.

** BRACELETS ET PASSES DE STATIONNEMENT REQUIS *** Ces condos sont la propriété individuelle et les propriétaires permettent gracieusement de louer et d'apprécier leurs "résidences secondaires"! Le HOA du complexe avait établi des politiques pour s'assurer que tout le monde séjournant dans le complexe puisse passer un merveilleux moment. En raison de son emplacement fabuleux, nous pouvons avoir des problèmes avec les intrus. Les agents de sécurité sur place sont là pour s'assurer que seuls les locataires utilisent le terrain et que les clients se garent dans les bonnes places de stationnement. Veuillez ne pas être offensé par les politiques concernant les bracelets et les laissez-passer de stationnement, ils sont vraiment là pour vous assurer un moment fabuleux!

Beautiful home, well appointed. Comfortable beds. Shower was a bit difficult to use but worked. Easy access to the Comal River. Walkable to downtown. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Only drawback was an infestation of lady bugs in the master bedroom.

Overall we had a good stay. We checked in after hours and had some difficulty as our maps took us to a different condo that shared the same driveway and we were not able to contact anyone for additional directions. The condo was quiet and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. However, the beds were bith very uncomfortable and need to either be upgraded or topped with a more comfortable mattress topper.

Nice stay. Clean but corners of room showed dirt. Living room table broken leg-we reported it to management.Also the table on patio is too big making it hard for 4 people to have ample toom to sit and get up to leave for inside

Great Location on the Comal

We had the best time in this condo! Perfect and BEAUTIFUL location. We had a small issue with the TV and A/C, but we called the management, and they responded immediately. We would definitely go back to this place!

Great location & clean

On the comal River, bring your tubes & water shoes, follow the maps on the refrigerator, we were able to enter the river from the condo, tube down for a little over an hour & make the short 5 minute walk back after exiting the public exit.

River trip

Had a wonderful time with friends for a River float weekend. Plenty of room for 6 people. Clean. Comfortable and relaxing sitting on the balcony being able to see part of the River. Also convenient that we were able to get out mid float and get out at the property and park our tubes for a lunch break and get right back at it. Loved it!

New Braunfels Stay

Condo location was perfect. We have stayed at this complex many times. First time with this specific condo. 1. After we booked through VRBO they notified us we had to drive to a different location to pick up our code to enter the home. It was an inconvenience to float the river and then to have to pick up a code written down on paper at a separate location. Usually it’s texted to you. They say they tell you before you book it but they don’t. They send the rental agreement after you book and they take your money. 2) they advertise having shampoo, conditioner, and soap. It was 4 adults for a two night stay and they left these little 2 ounce bottles (sample bottles). So we had to go find soap to bathe. The condo was fine, buts obviously the management company that are not great

We also do our best to set clear expectations by sending multiple messages before check-in, letting guests know about the pickup process and that we provide hotel-sized starter amenities. We recommend bringing extra supplies if you think you’ll need more for your stay, especially with larger groups. Please know we never want a guest to feel disappointed, and we truly strive to make every visit a 5-star experience. Its was close to the river, Schlitterbahn, and good eating spots. It was just a short drive to Gruene and the Guadalupe. The only thing about the condo that would have been better was the view of the Comal River was obstructed. We loved the condo and will definitely return another time.

The property was in a great location. We asked for our drain to be fixed and our handle to turn water on fixed. Someone came very quickly. He fixed the handle, but couldn't fix the drain. (Had to hold lever down to drain as you showered) Didn't do the pool because it was cloudy and the water looked green.

Great Condo and Location

We really enjoyed this condo and the location. We will definitely stay here again. We were worried about some of the other reviews regarding the beds being uncomfortable but we all actually had the best sleep ever in the 2 rooms. The kids complained that the couch pull out bed wasn’t comfortable so we will probably bring an air up mattress next time. Unfortunately, the pool was really dirty so we didn’t get in it but we had enough fun on the river! Beware that the “Balcony View” picture in the listing is really a view from the stairwell not from the balcony. They balcony view is completely blocked by trees. Even so, we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good place to stay for a New Braunfels vacation. The condo was well appointed and comfortable for our family of 4. We loved the pool and river. The condo needs some deep cleaning, air vents and shower curtain all had some mold on them. After we checked in, we went into Gruene and came back after dark. The AC set at 72° with instructions on the wall not to go any lower, we had a warm night. I called the office the next morning and she told me to take it down to 70°. The next night’s sleep was much more comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: This is an ok condo...proximity to town is great; however, you will not be in a condo where you can go outside and sit on the balcony to see the river unless you hang off to an angle. You are facing the back side of another condo and this was not in the description. Property management is excellent, but condo filters, air vent and return air, as well as old tub needs to be cleaned BADLY!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great property, very clean and easy to access. I only wish they had a better AC bc its hard for me to sleep in 74 degrees. Also, makeSure you check your emails 24 hours after you book, because THEY WILL NOT call you if something doesn’t go threw, they will only email and you have only 24 hours to call! So I never saw the processing error email and I filled out my rental agreement and everything, from a booking i made in April, only to find out they emailed me ,and I never got it so my booking was cancelled! So. I wished they had at least called to let me know, however luckily I was able to get the last available for my birthday so it worked out even though it was a smaller unit for the same price. However overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hi Heather, we did call 2 days in a row, we also emailed you. We received no reply so in accordance with our rental agreement your reservation was cancelled for non payment. When you called a month later we did explain the situation and you rebooked this condo. We are sorry you did not have a 5 star stay as we strive to provide 5 star service. We hope you will use us again in the future. Thanks NBE

River Convenience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled to find a river view unit available at last minute and at lower price (but it was midweek and just after high season). It was clean, well-appointed and management was professional. This was first time we used this company for Inverness. Location is great--right on lower end of river for easy access of what we call our Happy Hour float to public exit, but not far to entrance at Prince Solms Park and Tube Shoot for longer float. Also close to everything downtown and a short drive to Gruene. A couple of suggestions: 1) Not having tubes included, as does other company, was major inconvenience, especially just after season ends and many places had closed. 2) Please trim trees so we can see river. Could not see it at all. Know it will be expensive but trimming branches will help a lot. 3) Tub needs some no-slip strips. These issues are the only reason we're not giving 5 stars.
