Coup de coeur pour ce trĂšs bel appartement qui nous a charmĂ©es dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. Appartement vaste, lumineux et tranquille situĂ© dans un quartier oĂč foisonnent restaurants, bars, et commerces de toutes sortes. Luca, notre hĂŽte, est facile Ă  joindre et extrĂȘmement serviable. Il a gentiment organisĂ© notre transfert de l'aĂ©roport Ă  l'appartement. Bref, nous avons adorĂ© notre long sĂ©jour en ce lieu et y retournerions sans hĂ©siter!

Fantastic Trip to Rome!

We had such a lovely stay at Luca’s flat! It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located near bus stops and many amazing restaurants. The primary bed is quite low to the ground, which might be something to consider if mobility is a concern, but it wasn’t an issue for us — and it was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked beautifully and was a lifesaver on those extremely hot days. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location with lots of space

We enjoyed our stay in Luca’s Trastevere apartment. Although very different from US VRBO’s, we loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family plus a washer and dryer! Such a great location close to so much and walking distance to everything. Couches were pretty uncomfortable, but we were out most of the day anyways. Great place to stay in Rome!

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Trastevere. Wir konnten von dort alle wichtigen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Obwohl direkt an einer grĂ¶ĂŸeren Straße gelegen, ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern drinnen kaum VerkehrslĂ€rm zu hören. Die Nacht war somit ruhig. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Er hat uns sogar einen Taxitransport von und zum Flughafen organisiert. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft klar zu empfehlen.

Great location

Luca was a very responsive and helpful host. He arranged private transfers for us to and from the property and was quick to respond when I reached out to him. The apartment is very grand and, overall, we enjoyed our 3 night stay but it is far from luxory given the state of the furnishings and maintenance issues. One of the plastic dining chairs was broken, both sofas are very old and uncomfortable and one was very dirty, the service toilet leaked when you flushed it, there were stains on the wall by one of the toilets and mold on the ceiling and shower grout. All the chandeliers had pieces missing. Having said all this, the beds were fairly comfortable and the kitchen appeared to be recently renovated and well stocked. The listing states that the tourist tax is 3.50 euro per person per night but the host said it has increaed to 5 euro. The listing should be updated to reflect this. I did tell the host about these issues so hopefully they will be corrected. Overall this is a beautiful property but definitely needs some work before I would consider it luxory.

Great Stay in a Great Spot

We loved it here! The apartment is gorgeous and has so much character. All the spaces are large and luxurious with ample room for my stay of 5 people. The living room was massive, but the couches were a little hard/old. The en suite bathroom is massive and black marble, and that bedroom has a cute balcony. The 2nd main bathroom has a double sink, and a tile shower that wasnt as clean as I'd have liked it. The 3rd bath is off the kitchen, and is VERY small. It's a shower and a toilet. The washer and dryer were great, as was the elevator! There wasn't any hand soap or extra toilet paper initially, but our host brought some over immediately upon asking. The location is perfect. 5 minute walk to a taxi stand, near a main street for Ubers and walking, and super close to night life and restaurants. Not within walking distance to any ancient sites, but it was very easy to take a cab or a Lime scooter anywhere we wanted to go. Luca was fantastic and very accommodating. Can't recommend it enough!

I. The heart of Rome

The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen in particular was great. One person in our group has severe food allergies, so it was important that we had good cooking facilities. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

A spacious apartment in Trastevere

This was a great option for our family of 5 in Trastevere, with a straight-forward walk across the river to the Pantheon. The owner was great to communicate with and the assistance with van transfers was greatly appreciated, as our family, with baggage, would not have fit in a cab. Also, the gelateria across the street was delicious. The air conditioning worked well and the building had a small elevator to make baggage transfers easy. Overall, I found the price to be appropriate for the apartment and its finishings. I would recommend it.

Magical Experience

I can’t say enough nice things about Luca and his property. The apartment is absolutely breathtaking and extremely spacious. The views were stunning. I stayed here with my family of five. There are three large bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. There are three bathrooms. All bathrooms have a shower. One bath “service bath” is small but it does the job. It was nice having the option of needed. All the bath mats and towels are provided. The kitchen was well equipped and has a nice size refrigerator and freezer. There’s a large dining table and very large living room. The apartment has VERY COLD (U.S. standards) air conditioning. This apartment has a washer and dryer! Which is such a nice perk. The apartment is close to everything (walking distance). The area had so many fun options for food, shopping and fresh gelato. There is a fabulous sandwich/pastry/gelato place just around the corner to the right when coming out of the building. We were so lucky to see the mounted police band play across the street. Luca is a fabulous host. He was able to secure us drivers to take us to different places around Rome. He was extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to rent this property again. My family and I felt like we were at home!

Great place to stay in prime Rpme location.

Place was convenient to see all the sites of Rome. Luca was fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating. Even arranged for transportation to and from airport in very comfortable van. Would definitely use again when staying in Rome.

Great location in Trastevere

The host was very responsive to questions and set up transfers for us from the airport as well as onward to the cruise port. The apartment is well located for touring Trastevere, and several historical sites are an easy walk across the Tiber. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close by, in all price ranges, as well as pharmacies, markets, gelaterias and even a department store. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The living room furnishings are a bit tired and could use an update (they look nicer in the photos than in person), but the beds are comfortable and there is ample storage.

Great Trastevere Experience

Very comfortable and spacious apartment in awesome Trastevere and also quite close to central historical sites. Well equipped and practical. Great beds, perfect water pressure, and easy to use Miele washer and drier. Quiet neighborhood, zero outside noise at night.

Amazing host, location and apartment

We stayed starting on New Years Day. After being in Italy at different locations for the last couple weeks we all agreed that Luca’s place was the best we stayed at during our stay. We had 6 with us, 2 adults and 4 kids. It was strategically located in Trastevere. Luca was an amazing host and very responsive. The place was spacious, safe and grand. It was super nice to have a washer and dryer and plenty of room to spread out. I’d love to come back. Thanks again for being an amazing host. If again in Rome, we’ll definitely try and find this place again.

Loved Location

The major pros are 
 location. It’s a 20 min walk to major sights but we loved the walk everyday
location is a vibrant neighborhood away from the core tourist zone but close enough
.Amazing pubs & restaurants close. Grocery stores close. Traverna 51 was a local favourite and Ercolie right behind the apartment. Most comfortable beds and nice bedrooms. Kind and fantastic property manager. Toilet was touchy and power lost only in our apartment in building on the last day. We did receive compensation for power loss which was kind. I can live with the power and toilet.issues. My one issue 
 couches in living room need to be replaced. Felt old and dirty and uncomfortable 
. We had to cover them with sheets to feel like we could sit on them 
 which made it feel like university dorm living. Aside from couch issues it is an amazing location with a very kind manager and most comfortable beds we had on trip!

Excellent choice

Apartment was spacious and elegant. Kitchen is modern and nicely equipped. Bedrooms were ample in size and comfortable with quality linens. The location provides easy access to the city, local restaurants, and shops. The unit is located on a busy street yet the quality windows were able to maintain a quiet environment within. The host was exceptional in his availabilty to assist with various questions and provide local resources. This proved to be a huge bonus for our travel needs.

Fantastische locatie en schitterend appartement!

Heerlijke dagen in dit appartement gehad. Van alle gemakken voorzien en gelegen op een top locatie. Heel fijn dat we al vroeg in de ochtend onze koffers in het appartement mochten zetten. Zo hadden we direct een hele vakantiedag extra! Goede communicatie met de host die ook de transfer naar het appartement goed voor ons had geregeld.

Gorgeous apartment in Trastevere Rome

Lovely property in vibrant Trastevere. Nice area for great bars and restaurants and a short walk across the river to the gorgeous sites of Rome. Mini market next door and a lovely little cafe down the first right road for a great coffee and breakfast pastries. Can recommend Otello restaurant 5 mins walk away. Property very secure with a lift to the 3rd floor. Apartment huge. Lovely decor and all conveniences included for our stay. Very comfortable beds in 3 large bedrooms. Much needed air con for a hot autumn weekend. Luca was a great host and answered all queries promptly. He arranged a private transfer from the airport and drivers arrived promptly, although for full transparency, a taxi would have been half the price, however, it was convenient and reliable to not have to find a taxi for our return to the airport so we didn’t mind paying. We will hopefully return one day. Thank you
