Condo en bord de mer dans la plage satellite, 2 chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. Nouvelle moquette et sols. Les tables de salon ont des ports USB pour charger vos téléphones. Toutes les lampes des chambres ont des ports USB. Cuisine complète avec four, micro-ondes et frigo. Télévision par câble dans le salon et la chambre principale. TV Roku dans la chambre d'amis.

Joli balcon avec moustiquaire pour voir le lever du soleil. Près de la plage de cacao et à 30 minutes d'Orlando ou de Cap Canaveral. Super endroit où séjourner pour des opportunités de visualisation de l'espace X.

À distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins. L'océan est l'arrière-cour. Laverie près de l'ascenseur. Bacs de recyclage dans le garage.

Deux ascenseurs sont sur les lieux. Un parking couvert et ouvert non marqué est disponible.

Location, location, location. Parking spot was great. Saw some rockets being shot off Cape Canaveral. Close to my daughter’s softball fields. Victoria was very responsive when we had a hiccup with checking in. Would highly recommend. The view from patio is exactly as advertised.

Perfectly peaceful getaway! Excellent communication with host. Very clean and comfortable. Nice ocean view from sofa via large glass doors. Small but adequate balcony with a small table and loveseat. I would love to spend a month here.

Host is very prompt to respond to communication. They also provide fantastic documentation for everything needed to access the condo as well as local recommendations.The condo was clean upon arrival. Direct access to the beach is great. Covered parking spot under the building is convenient. The balcony is wonderful with a great view of the ocean. The condo is somewhat updated but some aspects could use some attention. The main bedroom especially could use a new mattress and carpet. The couch is also fairly worn and not that comfortable. Overall a great experience and I happily stay again.

Awesome vacation spot

This rental absolutely has it all. My family and I did so much and saw so much in the local area.We filled our vacation with absolute fun. Everything within walking distance. The boardwalk and beaches were beautiful.

Relaxing week

Even though this property is about 60 years old the unit was very clean. The manager provided lots of little touches that made it easy to come and enjoy our stay.

Vacation on beach

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We were able to leave windows open and listen to waves all night. The condo is convenient to multiple restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the ocean

We had a great time at a condo with a residential location. There were several times we had practically the entire beach area to ourselves. The on site staff was very helpful and polite. The condo was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Shopping and restaurants were close by. We enjoyed vacation and would recommend.

Building under serious renovations

Noise from 8 am to 5 because of construction- and based on the pool being closed and construction we had no access to beach without going to a public access. The parking was a challenge but workable depending on time of day - Kitchen well stocked and living room furniture very comfy but beds and bed linens need upgraded.

Our listing provided the renovation description for you before you booked and I have answered your several inquiries since June of last year. Also you said you drove by the building in January which provided plenty of time to cancel. I have refunded you as you have requested even though you passed the cancellation deadline. I think I have provided as much Customer satisfaction as I can. The renovation is beyond any owners control. Please cancel your future reservation within the deadline instead submitting a bad review that is beyond host control in your future vacation reservations.

Old building and plumbing issues

Worst experience I've had vacationing ever. Owner messaged me on my 13 hour drive on Saturday that the building was without water until Monday. Frantically found a hotel (very expensive) to stay at until Monday. Went to VRBO on Monday night and Tuesday morning no water again. Had to find another place to stay. According to neighbors, this is common. Forewarn this is an old building with issues. On a positive note, I did receive a full refund but this ruined our vacation.

I feel bad since I too was notified at the last minutes by the building maintenance. I have did all that I can by communicating clearly and quickly on the situation. Also fully refunded the guests. There is so much I can do. All these are beyond my control.

Big Mistake

The VRBO add said the beach access was closed. Understood. The pool was closed also but that was declared after we booked. the building was under construction. The rooms smelled of paint and finish vapors as they were hammering on the outside walls. one morning at 8 AM the worker began hammering as if they were coming through the wall - Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as there were none. the furniture was hard as a rock very uncomfortable as was the outside seating. there was very very limited parking due to all the construction going on. our car was covered in soot from all the blasting and painting yes I knew the beach access was closed but so was the pool and the short walk to the beach was not as short as declared. at 9:30 PM the building manager banged on the door to look for a water leak as a unit below was experiencing a water leak. None was found None of the construction was conveyed Extremely disappointed

Beach access and pool closures were listed on the listing. I again message guest about pool and beach access closures to give them opportunity to cancel reservations. Also parking situation was provided too at the time of the booking. Guests had the opportunity to canceled. Sorry about all other situations which are beyond owner’s control.

She thought of everything

The owner thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable -- we lacked for nothing! Plenty of space to hang out in, fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels etc. We walked in and could start our vacation right away! Thanks Victoria for making it a nice getaway!

Very nice condo

The condo it's self was very nice. The balcony was amazing with the view. The building needs some upgrading inside as well as the locks to get in the building. Overall it was a good place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our trip. The weather was wonderful the entire time. The beach was beautiful, great waves, a little rocky but not bad. The condo was exactly like pictures presented in listing. Check in and out was simple and communicated. Owner was quick to respond.

On the beach

We had a great vacation while staying at this condo. The condo exterior, lobby, elevators are due for a renovation but work well. The condo interior was nicely clean and inviting. It is right on the beach. The kitchen could use more items for cooking and food prep and more and newer beach gear but we did well cooking for ourselves most nights. The other people in the condo were great and we were made to feel at home during our stay. Lots of stores and things to do nearby and the Satellite beach area is a bit less hectic and touristy than other areas like Cocoa Beach. Good boardwalk nature hikes nearby and Kennedy Space center was great.
