Ce somptueux condo Penthouse avec vue sur le lac offre une vue au dernier étage sur le lac Cay et des couchers de soleil fabuleux!
L'aménagement spacieux de 2000 pieds carrés comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, une tanière avec bureau et un canapé-lit queen-size. Un salon / salle à manger décloisonné mène à un grand patio meublé. Le condo peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes.

Le coin salon orienté au sud comprend un coin salon / repas décloisonné, une télévision de 50 pouces, un lecteur DVD et un câble premium.
Le cuisinier peut discuter avec ses invités tout en préparant une collation rapide ou un repas gastronomique dans la cuisine haut de gamme entièrement équipée. Tout le confort de la maison et plus encore!

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size avec un nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin, des draps de qualité supérieure et une télévision à écran plat de 37 pouces dans le maître. L'immense salle de bains privative comprend sa vanité pour elle et pour elle, une grande baignoire, une grande douche à l'italienne et des toilettes privatives. La deuxième chambre a un lit King et 2 lits doubles dans la troisième chambre. Nouveaux matelas à plateau-coussin et draps de haute qualité.

Juste au-delà du salon se trouve une véranda entièrement meublée - l'endroit idéal pour se détendre avec une boisson fraîche et regarder le soleil se coucher sur le lac Cay.

Le condo a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité afin d'emballer la lumière et de remplir vos valises avec de bonnes affaires.

This was one of our best vacation rental experiences. The property is as described, clean, well put together and in a great location. Peaceful, comfortable, spacious and accessible via elevator, my teen daughter and elderly parents were all accommodated.

Perfect in every way

The location was perfect for the volleyball tournament. We were able to walk to the convention center, the pool and to Publix next door. The place was clean and beautiful! The lake view was also a bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, great condo unit.

This unit is located in a gated complex that is very quiet and safe. Grocery store, restaurants, and attractions all very close. The unit itself is spacious and comfortable, nicely furnished and very clean. Check in process was easy and efficient and there was excellent communication with the hostess. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back in the future.

Fantastic place to stay. There are 2 coffee makers in the unit. I decided to use the Keurig but found it wasn’t working. I sent an email and within an hour there was a knock at the door and new coffee machine was set up and old one hauled away. Great service!I wouldn’t hesitate to book this same exact unit for my next visit to Orlando.

Fantastic Condo and Management!

The condo was perfect. Very spacious and well appointed. It was absolutely spotless. Probably the cleanest rental I have seen, and we are very picky! I really appreciate that! Communication and attention to detail really sets the My Vista Cay management team apart. They take care of every need! We can’t wait to go back, I feel very confident renting any units they manage, highly recommend them!

Plenty of Room and a Good View

Me and my family had a nice stay at this rental. We were impressed with the amount of room and amenities nearby. The property is in the Vista Cay location in a gated community that adds to the convenience and safety. Most of the activities we wanted to do (outside of KSC) were within a few miles of the location and we also could sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks from the parks, which was nice.

Great experience from start to finish - communication with Lin was great. We loved the condo - beautiful, with lovely lake view and evening fireworks from comfort of the balcony. Furnishings lovely, beds comfy, facilities great. Also very grateful for the late checkout option as we had an evening flight home. Thoroughly recommend the condo! Thank you Lin.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! It was super clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was terrific. We walked across the street for groceries - so convenient! A short drive to the airport and to Disney. We don’t have one bad thing to say - it was ALL great!

This condo unit is top notch! A 4th floor unit facing Lake Cay. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Spacious and very clean. Outdoor balcony furnished with comfy chairs and chaise lounge. Would definitely stay again and do recommend this unit and the owner. Exceeded our expectations!

Great space in a great location!

I stayed at this property with some friends for an event at the convention center. It was perfect! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location very close to the convention center and a short ride to Universal. Restaurants & shops within walking distance. The property manager/owner, Lin, was amazing. Responsive and accommodating. Offered to hold our luggage so we could enjoy the pool when we arrived before check-in (and her husband delivered the suitcases to our unit!). She also helped with a later check-out so we could enjoy the pool area before flying home. My only complaint has nothing at all to do with the actual unit itself. The building stores trash in deck boxes in the common hallways and it was smelly. (We weren’t bothered AT ALL inside the condo!) Thank you, Lin, for a great stay. We will definitely consider this unit again in the future!

The description of the property is right on! Plenty of space for my family of 5. Lovely master bedroom away from the other bedrooms. On the 4th floor and elevator wait was never long. Definitely would stay again! Thank you!

We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
