The Space:
This fun tropical Florida vacation condo is modern with a luxury feel and will have you in vacation mode as soon as you open the front door.

This 1235 sq ft third-floor apartment features:
- A fun yet functional and comfortable design with a trendy boutique hotel feel. You’ll have a nice luminous open floor plan and super comfy furnishings. This is a great place for downtime moments at home between visits to the theme parks.
- There is a dining area with a contemporary dining table that seats 6 comfortably.
- There’s a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and the essentials like a coffee maker for the morning perkups and a blender for the frozen afternoon beverage or smoothie. There’s even a dishwasher for easy cleanups!
- There are 2 full bathrooms in the unit, one is an ensuite bath in Bedroom 1 the other is a shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo for the common area and Bedroom 2. The condo accommodates 5 guests in the 2 bedrooms as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen , an ensuite bathroom & flatscreen TV
BEDROOM 2: 1 Single/twin beds / 1 Double/full bed

As an added bonus, the nearby Falcon’s Fire Golf Course is recognized as one of the finest public courses in Orlando - it is home to an 18-hole course, a restaurant, and a golf shop.

Getting Around:
This property is only about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the complex conveniently provides free parking for guests. Drive, walk, or rideshare to the variety of attractions and restaurants that surround this perfect location!

Other Things to Note:
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, bath towels, bed linens, washer/dryer and parking are all available free during your stay.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. These items however are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll have to buy more.

There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Please note that the property is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There is an elevator, but guests may need to use the stairs if there are any technical issues with it during their stay.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
