Sandcastles 214 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!

Unit 214 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. Unit 214 is entirely renovated and brand new. Costal décor with open modern kitchen and floor plan! This large, 1,300 square foot, south facing condo is both spacious and clean. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a twin bunk bed, and a separate twin bed. The living room also has a queen air mattress.

The Sandcastles complex itself is one of the best condominium buildings in the area, offering a heated pool, private access to the beach and a tennis court.

By renting with the Happy Palm Stays Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years.

Our host was very informative and frequently checked in. The condo was well stocked, from inside to beach equipment. Pretty much everything under the sun. The beach was a short walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping near the condo. Very clean and updated. Pool and hot tub was heated which was really nice in Jan.

Great Place to stay in Cocoa Beach

We loved this condo! It's spacious and nicely furnished. The location is wonderful! Great beach access, pool was nice and very close to our favorite local restaurants! I highly recommend this condo! The rental company was very helpful and responsive too! You'll love this place for a family getaway!

We had the perfect stay at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. The condo was clean, modern, homey, great for kids, and equipped with lots of great beach gear. The location is proximate to groceries, restaurants, the pier, parks and beaches, and our host Zareh was on top of things and in touch in all the right ways. 5 Stars!

This Property was perfect. The condo was in an ideal location with front views of the pool, view of the ocean entrance. It was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed for a family of 6. Lovely condo close to the beach

The location to the beach is great, just down some steps and down a path to the ocean. The condo is very clean and has more household supplies than most vacation homes we've stayed in. The management supplied everything they promised and were helpful when we ran into a hiccup. I'd definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo!! Clean, safe, easy beach access!! They have chairs, cooler and towels so there isn't any need to pack extra stuff. Zareh communicated everything we needed to know and was awesome!!

Great place!

The unit was excellent, the pictures and description were accurate, it was clean and well organized for our stay. We found the location was also great for beach access, area attractions, great places to eat, and the pool and spa. The owners/managers of this property were organized and gave clear communications as well, and we've had a few bad experiences previously. Overall a great place and we will most likely be back!

Clean Property

This was a clean property and newly remodeled. Full kitchen for all cooking needs. Pool was good but spent most of our time at the beach. Great location, great communication with property manager and overall a great experience. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing remodeled unit

Unbelievable spot!! Great location with many amazing amenities. The best equipped VRBO I've ever experienced. Only one downfall...the master bed. If they replaced the suspect queen with a quality king, this would be a 6-star!!

We'd book here again!

We had a wonderful time at Sandcastles 214! The condo is exactly as the pictures represent. Very modern/updated and we had plenty of space for our family of 5. The owner is super nice, gracious and easy to communicate with. He took the time to reach out to make sure we got checked in which I appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Cocoa Beach!

Christmas getaway

The property has been updated nicely with the exception of the couch very uncomfortable and the bed was extremely uncomfortable the mattress may be relatively new but it’s foam.The location was convenient. The host was prompt when we had an issue with ants. I would recommend if you can handle a foam mattress.

Perfect Vaca home for us!

We loved this condo! 2nd floor. Great rooms. Lots of extras. Towels and laundry on the same floor. Wonderful clean pool and hot tub. Had the little things you need like bags and salt and pepper and even beach towels, beach chairs. And so much more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we already want to come back. THANK YOU SO VERY KICH!!
