Everything was great as far as location but the bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point we could barely sleep all week

Nice Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: IT was a nice place. It only had one shower, so it was difficult for 5 people staying in this condo. Better fit for a family. Other than that, it was a great vacation spot.

The place was very clean and spacious. On the negative the ice maker was not working, no paper towels were left for guests. The master king bed needs to be replaced as we sunk on the mattress. The tvs were not working spectrum needed to be called remotes did not have batteries we opted for I r spectrum to come after our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and the condo was somewhat clean. I fell by the grill area after a maintenance worker was spraying down the area with a water hose. I was a little bruised up and reported the incident immediately and requested that they put out wet floor signs and they did comply.

The reason I rated the price was because we couldn’t use the pool the entire time we was there. They should have taken money off because of this. We had a leak in the ceiling and they never communicated what to do after the guy came to look at it. The property was fine just needs a lot of updating.

It was clean and in good shape. The location is great and the beach is beautiful. Check in and check out was very easy following the instructions. Looking forward to visiting again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment a bit older, but neat and clean, very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The elevator was old and sometimes not quite okThe property management should send out arrival instructions, codes etc. 48 hours before arrival. Not every tourist in the USA has wifi available all the time. We arrived at the office 10 minutes late and then had problems getting our documents.
