Great room with wide plank European white oak floors, exposed ductwork & brick, hardwood pillars/beams, new ceiling fans & electric skylight blinds. The fabulous kitchen with new appliances includes a Bosch induction cook top, dual oven, water purifier, smart refrigerator, drink fridge & ample cabinetry. Bedrooms are large with dedicated bathrooms & the house has been upgraded throughout.

Everything we hoped for!

From booking to check out everything was amazing. The home had everything we needed, so modern and homey, and just sitting in the back yard was so relaxing. Recommend to anyone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and modern golf villa with gorgeous views of the Catalina Foothills. It’s in a very idyllic location and perfect neighborhood. And the property management was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I’m going to miss this place!

Quiet and comfortable

Location is in a quiet neighborhood and within 10 minutes of numerous hiking trails. Great layout and space for a 2 BR unit with updated appliances. As advertised.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: EXCELLENT place to stay both the actual house and the community of Ventana Canyon !!! House was immaculate and had all the amenities u could desire including a super nice outdoor area to relax in the morning and late afternoon .. or anytime of the day for that matter since it has plenty of shade. Only complaint, albeit I'm being picky, is that it takes quite awhile for the hot water to reach the master bath due to it's proximity from water heater in the garage and the induction stove top is just not ready for primetime yet ... even though it is a VG brand !!! People at Spectrum were helpful when needed and it's definitely a GREAT place to stay and we will be back !!!
