The homeowner would like to respond to the concerns you raised:- We appreciate you bringing the cleanliness concerns to our attention and will be following up with our cleaning team to ensure areas like vents and blinds are more thoroughly addressed in the future.- We're sorry the main bedroom shower felt cramped; while it may not have suited your needs, there is a second bathroom with more space available for guest use.- Our lawn care is handled by a commercial service, and they do a great job. However, their schedule has to be adjusted occasionally due to weather. - While we've had positive feedback about the beds from other guests, we understand comfort is highly personal and are sorry they weren’t a good fit for you.- The washer has been used since your stay without issues, and we wish we’d known about your concerns sooner.
