Renovated apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 1 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people.

Tastefully and modernly furnished 70 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the bay.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and heat pump heating, seasonal community pool, garage in the same building, 1 ceiling fan in the bedroom, 2 Smart TVs, iron and hairdryer.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Really great location,.fantastic views of the sea, great size for us with space to have a living area and seperate bedroom with blackout curtains keeping the sun out. Fantastic apartment Only downside having to collect and drop off the keys around a 10/15 min walk away from the apartment

Location, facilities and space. A lovely welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. Having to collect the keys at an office not just around the corner after travelling for hours. We didn't arrive until around 9.30pm tired and hungry. I noticed key lockers dotted around Benidorm. This would be a great, convenient solution if there was one installed at the property front

Todo un 10, no puedo poner una queja del apartamento. Nuevo , limpio y no le falta de nada.un poco de jaleo en.los bares de abajo durante el día, pero a la noche apenas queda nadie. Lo único molesto es tener que recoger las llaves en la oficina, para ir con maletas hay una distancia. Aconsejaría coger un autobús que pasa por avda Mediterraneo en la parada donde te deja el autobús del aeropuerto, te deja en la misma puerta de la oficina, ese autobús también te deja en la puerta del apartamento en la parada anterior.

Heerlijk appartement op een mooie plek

Het is een heerlijk appartement, modern,alles is er. Oplevering is erg schoon en heerlijke bedden. Er was ook geïnvesteerd in tocht vrije ramen,nieuwe airco, betere luxe stoelen. De keuken is ook fantastisch, want als je er lang zit ga je niet alleen maar uit eten. Wij hebben weer genoten. Overal is wel wat, wat ons betreft is het prima omdat het altijd opgelost wordt. De beste manier is wel om langs te gaan bij het kantoor als je wat wil doorgeven, dan weet je zeker dat het gewoon goed komt. Via WhatsApp gaat dat niet altijd goed. Maar wij zijn dik tevreden

Perfect winter holiday in the sun

We stayed at this property for five weeks. When we arrived the property was exactly as the photos and extremely clean. We were left a welcome pack with water, wine coffee and basic cleaning for a few days. The views are amazing from the property and the sun terrace is lovely with plenty of sun beds. We found the caretaker to be extremely helpful and he kept the public areas immaculate. We contacted Benidorm Booking a couple of times while we were there and also found them to be really nice and helpful. Nothing really, only one small thing, the windows were single glazed and could rattle a little if windy.

The view was amazing!!! The carry on to get the keys was a bit difficult. No key box as a lot of apartments have now as you have to physically go find a small office to get your keys then queue up.

Benidorm, un lugar agradable para ir en Abril

Las vistas son espectaculares y el piso está completamente reformado. El garaje y piscina también están genial. No me gustó nada que la playa frente al piso está llena de rocas y si vas con niños&#47as te limita a jugar en la arena. Es muy peligroso el baño. No obstante, andando hasta frente a un hotel llamado El Cimbel (aproximadamente 10 minutos) ya no hay rocas en la orilla.

Las vistas no tienen precio. Cuándo lo reservamos pensaba que no era igual que en la foto por qué ya nos pasó reservar algo y cuando llegamos nos encontramos con otra cosa pero este apartamento es igual que en la fotos. Precioso
