We loved the condo in St. James. It was the perfect place for our family of 4 with two young boys. My kids loved having their own little kitchen (mini fridge & microwave). The condo was very quiet and we all slept well. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the mornings and watching the golfers go by. The hosts have so many amenities available that make for an easy trip - beach chairs, wagon, beach/pool towels, etc. It was great to not have to pack all those extra items. We would definitely stay here again & I've recommended it to family for when they are in the area.

It was different from an average rental. It felt like I had family or friends that let me use their place for vacation. Great, clean, fully equipped rental with a 10-20 minute drive to anywhere you would want to go. I would recommend Needful Things Bookstore & Outer Banks Boil Company and making a reservation if you intend to dine in Southport any day of the week in season. Beautiful beach club, had no issue with parking. Really superior host & personal touches. Highly recommend.

We love sharing our love of the ocean, the beauty of St James plantation , and the quiet and solitude of those rare moments in life with you. We are semi retired and happy to have the opportunity to manage and own this wonderful property.
We enjoy the beach, swimming, going out to Southport to have lunch , dinner ,shopping. or just having some ice cream together.
Having guests at our condo and hearing back of the great time they have truly makes us happy that we have done a good job as your hosts !
