North Asheville is the best! Elegant and established. Our apartment is within walking distance to Beaver Lake trails, 15 minutes and you are on the Blue Ridge Parkway and 3 miles to downtown, 2 miles to WNCA. Quiet, safe upscale neighborhood with private parking and private entrance. Brand new modern/cozy 500 sq ft apartment. Large living room w/ pullout sofa. Kitchenette. Gorgeous bathroom with shower. Large comfortable bedroom with queen bed. Spacious back yard. Area for sitting. View of Reynolds Mountain. Everything is within minutes from north Asheville. Shopping, hiking, and of course great restaurants! We are 3 miles from Grove Park Inn. Biltmore house and grounds are a short 15 min drive through lovely downtown Asheville.

This was a perfect location, close to downtown in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. It was a cosy space, with all the special touches provided by the host. There were places to eat, coffee shops, groceries, gas and shopping. The host was very responsive to all my messages as well. I would definitely recommend this as a top pick and will be staying here again in the future. Thanks again!!

Wonderfully easy stay in a very cute and clean bottom level apartment. Super easy in and out, great amenities, and the bed was extremely comfortable!! Great location close to all that AVL has to offer. Thanks Jerry and Cindy for the great hospitality!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient for everything that Asheville has to offer. 10/10 - I would highly recommend it!

Couldn’t have been better for family getaway!

My husband and I booked Jerry and Cindy’s place for a long weekend with our 3 month old. This spot couldn’t have been better!! Plenty of space for our little family with all the amenities thought out and provided to a t. Their home is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and they are extremely welcoming and accommodating hosts. If we return to Asheville, we will be staying here again and will certainly be recommending this spot to others.

The property was exactly as listed. The apartment was very clean and furnished to make your stay easy. We could not have asked for a better location. The location was close to all we wanted to do and in a safe location. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

I greatly enjoyed my stay here! I appreciated the amount of towels, complimentary soaps and snacks/water. Everything was clean and the location was great for relatively inexpensive Ubers downtown. The only thing I would say is that it was not known that this rental is in the basement of your home. The listing did not explicitly state that and therefore we did not expect that to be the case, but it all worked out just fine! Highly recommend this stay!

Outstanding host and property.

Great little place in Asheville. Our hosts, Jerry and Cindy, were very welcoming and prepared a spotless and thoughtfully set up apartment. Everything was top notch. Highly recommended, we are looking forward to returning.

To he best location

Love this place. Have stayed about 5 times now. So close to DT and also west Asheville. Hiking and outdoor activities are very near as well. Hosts are great!

Home away from home!

Close to Everything, but Quiet

This sweet apartment is perfect for single or couple. It’s is extraordinarily clean and very nice, quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to Asheville sights, 5 minutes to downtown, BR parkway, lots of hiking.

Jerry is an exceptional host...available 24/7 if needed. He helped us park a small trailer we were traveling with to pickup a trike from Florida post hurricane!. We chose Jerry's because he is close to our son's house and we needed overflow space on Thanksgiving weekend...if we need extra space again, Jerry's is the place to go. The apartment is set up very well with a beautiful view, exceptionally clean, with extra comfy and elegant furniture. The kitchen space is small and efficient...fine for breakfast and snacks. We travel with a service dog, and she welcomed. Location is everything, and this is close to downtown, while having the feel of a mountain getaway! Jerry is definitely king, of his small palace...a perfect getaway,, minutes from downtown...we certainly will use his place whenever we need overflow space. Thanks Jerry for your special hospitality!

Great Asheville getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway to Asheville. The place was immaculately clean. The space was perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the quiet neighborhood location and being able to watch the wildlife from the yard in the mornings. The host was very nice and hospitable; was available if we needed anything and communicated to us quickly.
