This place was perfect for my family!! Pool was amazing, neighbors were so friendly and the hosts were just as welcoming and wonderful. We would absolutely rebook.

This place was immaculate! We were intimated by the pour over coffee, but the instructions and everything you need are there! The beds were so comfortable and everything was incredibly clean! Such a great stay!

Beautiful Condo

I have stayed in various condos in SJP but this condo was the best by far. The location is perfect. The condo is spotless and updated and the host was very nice and kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Great condo/host!!

We have stayed in multiple VRBO properties and this one met and exceeded expectations! Outstanding amenities and multiple added "touches". Host was extremely communicative and responsive. I would highly recommend for short or longer term stays. Great job!!

Updated and beautiful

We had a great visit and found the rental unit to be exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, nicely appointed kitchen, great location. Walkable to the marina restaurant Beacon 315. Quiet neighborhood. Thank you! We’ll rent again!

Coastal Marsh Winter

Our 2 month stay at Coastal Marsh was delightful. The condo is recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The view from the porch of a pond and occasional cranes is delightful. The condo was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts, Ashlea and Tom were readily available and gracious. Thanks for a great stay!

Girls weekend away

This BEAUTIFUL little condo was absolutely perfect in every single way for myself and best friend. We did a little girls weekend. The screen porch was our favorite part. We sat and drank coffee in the mornings and enjoyed being out there at night listening to all the frogs. Lol The condo was even better than the pictures. Everything was thought of and we truly hated to leave on our last day! Thank you letting us stay!

Beautifully updated condo in St James

We rented the condo and the adjoining lockout unit. Everything has been updated beautifully - new LVP flooring, bathrooms, furnishings, paint, and decor. The first floor unit was nice too - easy to bring in our luggage and groceries. Communication with Ashlea was easy before and during our stay - she responded within minutes typically. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends!
