Beautiful secluded house

House was comfortable and beautiful! We saw elk and wild turkeys. Not far from town.

Amazing house and view

Rented this house for a work trip to the area and couldn't have been happier to come back to this clean, comfortable house with amazing views every evening. Only 5 minutes to Nevada City and it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. Highly recommended!

Thanksgiving Get Away

Absolutely wonderful house. Beautiful property with a fantastic view. We have rented a number of houses over the years but this would be our all time favorite. Absolutely no problems or complaints. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Peaceful Escape

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. Beautiful view of the valley and reservoir, although the water level was very low in October - would love to see it in the spring! The kitchen is very well stocked with a large stove and ovens for all our cooking needs. Bedrooms were very clean, organized and comfortable. The outside access to the downstairs room was a little odd but we didn't need to use it as my family of 5 all fit upstairs. We loved exploring the outdoors and using this home a launch pad and homebase. We brought our mountain bikes and it was great storing them in the garage at night and not stressing about them. We would return for another visit in a different season to experience again.
