Close to resort area and George Town, but just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Walk to grocery, liquor store, restaurants and bus stop.

A comfortable living room, ample kitchen, 2 BR and 1 BA, queen and twin beds. Outdoor deck area for dining alfresco or coffee in the morning.

Washing machine and dryer, AC, WiFi. A great place for family getaways.

Great Location without all the crowds

The property is situated just north of Seven Mile Beach, which is great for those looking for a more relaxed time on the island. The cottage is also at the end of a lane right in front of Cemetery Beach, which had fantastic snorkeling. It was wonderful having a cottage so close to a great beach, and the house provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels if needed. We didn't need the extra bedroom, but I would say the cottage is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 small children since the bathroom is shared between the rooms. The cottage is located just off West Bay Rd so there is some ambient road noise. We are city dwellers, so that didn't even register much for us, but I can see how it might impact people who are used to a very quiet location. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, and anything we didn't have we could grab at the Fosters grocery store which was just right up the street (including affordable pre-made foods), coffee, etc. This was our first time on the island, but we really loved the more relaxed experience West Bay gave us, and the cottage was exactly as described. Julie was also a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had!
