Come enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio. It is modern, and recently renovated. This attached studio is centrally located in West Bradenton, Think about it!


Beautiful beaches like Cortez Beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, and Anna Maria Island may be reached in about 15 minutes. Sarasota Airport, IMG, art galleries, Lido Key, Longboat Key, museums, theaters, 2 hours from Disney World Orlando, Marie Selby Botanical Garden, and Marina Jacks are all within 15-20 minutes!

Please note there is no full kitchen! There is a mini refrigerator and microwave . This is a private studio attached to the main house but totally separate and no one else has access to it). It has a full bathroom. It’s blocked off from the main house. There is no interaction with the main house, a totally separate and private entrance. It does share a wall with the main house so you might hear light noise during the non quiet hours.

Parking is on-site. There is a ONE -car limit per reservation (no exceptions)

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood, and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you can party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.


When making an inquiry about a reservation, please note that each child in your party is considered to be one guest.

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as it provides peace of mind and financial protection in case unexpected events occur. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds outside of the cancellation policy.
