Everything was fine during our stay. No issues. Communicated with office upon arrival. Office staff very helpful.

We enjoyed the location. The house was okay.....Furniture needs replaced, light bulbs burt out, screens falling off in the pool lanai, floors had sticky stuff on them, some tv remotes didn't have batteries.

Disney world trip

pretty good place but could be so much better. updated mattress upstairs, replace the broken and outdated fans plus the rug is just old. Could be cleaner as back porch was not clean all the furniture was covered in dust, the outside screen is broken not a big deal but birds are getting in.

Just okay

There were a few things I enjoyed about the property. As a frequent traveler, I’ve rented multiple villas in Florida and other places as well. I enjoyed the size and space of the property. They have a nice laundry room with a new washer and dryer set and a nice iron and board. The ceiling fans are nice and circulate the air as needed. The living room couches were comfortable and the master bedroom was decent. This property could be a 5 star with opportunities of improvements with better cleaning services, fix the microwave door and ice maker. The master room entry door and bathroom door does not lock, no privacy. There was a pile of dust on the plant and seating area in master. Hair found in bed, sheets stained, smelly comforter, bad odor in another room. Not a lot of cookware or toiletries. Only 1 roll of tissue for 3 bedrooms. All the furniture in the home, the pool, and the hot tub are all outdated. The hot tub only made it to 70 degrees and the jets were pushing out cool water. The bedroom wall TVs are like tablets, you can hardly see the picture. The listing says 6 bedroom, it’s actually 5. They offered a military discount and then took it back. I asked them to waive the pool heat fee since no discount, they said no.

Beautiful home and area

We stayed here for a few weeks and found it to be very comfortable and was stocked with most everything you need and easy access to everything, enjoyed our stay - the pool was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home.

Nice House

Nice house. The pool was great. Stayed with elderly parents and grown children and everyone was able to get around great. We knew prior to arriving to expect the bare minimum of items, however, having been to many places before, I would recommend considering providing some basic items. Not a criticism, just a suggestion. Coffee or at least filters would be great. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Nice place good price

Beautiful neighborhood and a safe neighborhood. Nice house and backyard. Had a few problems trying to check in and not getting the email ahead of time for the access code to the home. Was extremely disappointed when we wanted to check in early when no one was staying at the place prior to checking in and they wanted to charge between an insane price for checking in early. What’s the harm in checking in early if there is no one staying in it and checking out the day we arrived. We were traveling with little kids and overnight travel and disappointment they wanted to charge so much for 2-5 hours extra of checking in. Location is a bit far away from Disney World and Universal Studios. Beware of the damages they may get you with. Got us with $235 worth of damages. Absolutely ridiculous how petty they were. Charged us for some washcloths that were dirty. Not hard to throw them in the washer bleach them out and they would be just fine. Just some makeup on the white washcloths. They claim there was a comforter that had a stain on and needed to be replaced. I bet the stains could have been removed and washed out with some stain removal. Claims there was a pillow that needs to be replaced. Again just wash the pillow case it’s white it will be fine. 4 things: replace a comforter, wash a bed mattress, replace a pillow and replace rags/washcloths cost was A LOT high but would give us a list of the cost of each item. Never had any damages ever at anywhere I stayed.

Perfect home made a perfect vacation.

The listing is accurate and clean upon arrival, check in was self explanatory with all information received in a timely manner. House accommodates 12 comfortably we had 10 of us with plenty of space and comfort. The pool was amazing and clean and we payed for pool heat that actually worked. There was everything you need for a stay to make you feel at home. i have rented several houses in Florida and this one definitely topped them all it was Perfect.

Outdated & Needs A Deep Clean

A great location/neighbourhood. The house is very outdated and needs a very deep clean. The baseboards were filthy. Vents filled with mold and dust. Black mold in the shower and bath taps and door and tile. TV stand not dusted, amongst many other things. The pool needs a deep clean and scrub as well. The layout of the house is good. Very, very basic stuff included. No extras at all. Not even a proper tool to scrub dishes. Had to buy salt and pepper and garbage bags, etc. It could be a lovely place if updated and deep cleaned. One of our friends found a used pad on the floor in her room. Carpets are old and dirty. The driveway is very small. Barely fits two vehicles. We spent a day scrubbing baseboards and the island and washing floors etc just so we felt okay about staying there.

Clean, comfortable & spacious!

We stayed here with two other families (9 people total) and had plenty of room for everyone! The house was exactly as listed. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool but in warmer weather it would be really inviting! Having two master suites was a bonus. The neighbor even took out trash for us on Wednesday night! There is only one of each item provided (dishwasher soap, toilet paper, trash bag, etc) so be prepared to go shopping or bring with you. We did a Walmart delivery order the morning after we arrived and it was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful pool area

The house was well equipped, new pots and pans. Master bed was fine, the king upstairs gave my son a sore back and they moved to one of the queens downstairs, this one should be replaced. A lot of the furniture is tired. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent hear again.

Christmas vacation

The home was very spacious the room was comfortable, the light in the pool didn’t work but we told the pool maintenance guy, internet was not great and the instructions were to call 611 to get any internet or cable issues however their was no phone in the house. Overall we loved the house it was comfortable, tons of room and swimming was a bonus. I would recommend staying here. Plus I like that we could use a key no pad to open and lock the door It also had a nice quiet neighborhood

Disappointed

Upon arrival the instructions given for checkin was followed but system gave an error message. I called the number for assistance. No one responded back to me. All towels/wash cloths were put in one bathroom (not noted on the inventory sheet). Blankets were put in drawers in the common area not near beds. We had to go purchase towels and wash cloths. Partial rolls of tissue was in the bathrooms. We checked in on Wednesday, did not feel warmth to the pool until Friday. Even the hot tub was not warm until Friday. After check out, we are being charged for a damage pillowcase that we don’t believe is accurate. The room with the twin beds had 2 teens who either slept on top of the covers or with a hoodie and not on the actual pillow. And neither girl wear makeup! And no one in our party had markers. I believe this charge to be erroneous. If anything, the amount we paid for heating the pool should be amended since we had to pay for the entire stay but it was heated only certain days! Aside from these issues, my family and I enjoyed the time spent together. And while we have vowed to do this again, I’m not sure this is the property we will choose.
