The amenities were great. the pool and pool house were clean. The beach staff and beach were wonderful. The office staff was lovely. The condo, not so much. Apparently the condo had just been worked on and the staff had no knowledge of this. Whomever repaired the drywall, had never done it before. They made patches and never sanded them. They painted right over the first coat. Pictures were on the floor, so we had to hang some of them up to get them out of the way. One of the pictures was actually hung at the ceiling? My brother laughed his head off! Really? The hall rugs were in the closets, so we put them out so we could use the closets. The closet knobs were in the closets, in the guest bedroom, so we installed those too. The drapery rods, in the bedrooms, were hung with missing brackets so pulling the drapes were precarious. The drapes in the master bedroom didn't even cover the window. We were awake at sunrise every day. The vertical blinds, pictured in the living room and dining room, were taken down and put back up with little care so I had to stand on a chair and fix all the vanes so we could open and close them without damaging them. The master bath fan was hanging out of the ceiling, ready to drop. The new shower valve was installed upside down do the hot was cold and the cold was hot. There were no paper products in the kitchen, so bring your own! The kitchen faucet is so calcified, is hard to move. There was TP in the bathroom, thankfully.
