BRAND NEW (HEATED) POOL AND HOT TUB AT SAN DE LUNA!

This modern and pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home offers bedding and living space for up to six people. San De Luna 13 offers an open floor plan living level with comfortable seating consisting of a sofa and sitting chair and for the best in entertainment a 53" Smart TV. The dining area has seating for up to six as well as a breakfast bar seating for up to four. The kitchen has a Keurig and 10-cup coffee maker.

The second level offers a master bedroom with a king bed furnished with luxurious bedding, a 43" Smart TV, and a wonderful on suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally relaxing with a queen bed with nature themed bedding and 32" Smart TV. The modern kitchen is ideal for cooking offering appliances with stainless steel finishes and granite counter tops for an added modern touch. The town home amenities include covered parking, onsite grill, garden tub and complimentary high speed internet.

Property amenities include onsite (heated) pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Convenience and relaxation awaits with just minutes to access nightlife, shopping and dining.

This was our fourth time staying here. This is a wonderful unit to rent. Very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the deck and looking at the bay morning, afternoon and evening. The renovated pool area, gas grills and hot tub made our vacation even better.

Wasnt as family friendly as I had hoped for....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was beautiful,staff was very kind. However the other guests were more wild then I had hoped a family atmosphere would have been. People drinking in the pools, smoking, havung drinks with THC, underage consumption, profanity being yelled, people fighting on multiple occasions. It got to the point I had to removed my children from the pool and we didnt get to enjoy it for the remainder of our stay due to the size of the family causing the chaos. This happen multiple days in a row. I even asked them to stop and I was told to take my kids and leave. Very disappointing.

Our second time staying here . . .

was just as good as the first. The location is perfect. San de Luna is in a quiet location. It is so close to the gulf and dog beach. We love it here.

Perfect Beach Home

We came down to visit our son & girlfriend, who is in flight school. We wanted a few days to unwind at the beach and this was perfect. Very quiet surroundings and the views were so nice. They were able to bring their dog and the dog beach was just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Great location

First time to stay at this end of the beach. Easy to get to our favorite restaurants. Lagoon and pool right outside the back patio and gulf access across the street. Nice that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Since it was hot when we were there, we enjoyed the covered parking.

This is an excellent property! The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because of the master bedroom bed. It was terrible. It really needs to be replaced, you sink in a hole :(

We loved that it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle from the busy area and near fort pickens. Such a lovely and memorable stay. We definitely will return!

Great find

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Mattresses are a little soft and old and the guest bedroom toilet ran constantly but we alerted the management company of that. Those are only minor issues and compared to the location, beach access, very nice pool area they would not hinder us for staying in this unit again! Excellent!

2024 Family vacation

We are still praying for the people of Florida as another hurricane (Milton) is schedule to make landfall early tomorrow morning.
