Bean Point Beach. Vacation at Anna Maria Island with the most beautiful white sands beach and crystal clear emerald green waters in the world! Bean Point Beach Cottage is located at the (North End "tip" of the island) quiet and peaceful (no noise and hardly anyone on beaches since parking is restricted mostly to the AMI homes : owners (you have 3 parking spaces at front door of house). Alamanda Rd. Is 1 block over from the beach (short stroll
walking). This newly updated bean point beach cottage has valuted ceilings with fans. 1 full bedroom offers a brand new comfy (Electric adjustable sit-up) King bed with Large TV and ceiling fans. Livingroom offers open floor plan to Kitchen plus 1 brand new very comfortable XL long twin mattresses daybed for tall adult (or children). Interior Living Room Dining table - seats 4. Kitchen Island - seats 2. Exterior table just off living room back door offers umbrella 6 seating area. Sit, Outdoor shower for
beach days. Full sized washer / dryer inside building. Large 55” Living Room TV / Free Internet sit at 2 comfortable cushioned chairs with a large automan. A couple of beach chairs are available outside. Room for golf cart parking directly at front door (if you rent one). This property is managed by its Florida local owner and very well taken care of personally by owner. You have your own; A/C unit (covid safe), Front and Back Door ground level entrances. 1 level house (great for elderly). Come stay safe and social distanced! Relax at quiet Anna Maria Island while staying safe! ....fun Bean Point Beach / Anna Maria Island. Walk, bike or kayak at the quaint Anna Maria Pine street shopping village (5 bike ride or short 15 minutes walk away). Or go off island for day trips to visit the nearby brand new Mote Marine (to see live sea turtles : fish : manatee: penguins), Cortez on the beach weekly tent flea market, and Sarasota’s st Armand’s key shopping circle. (Local list of events & “rental” companies activities will provided). Visit us at Anna Maria Island
 and you’ll want to come back every year!

Nicely updated and great location....PERFECT

Super nice and clean. Everything in the space has been updated - floors, kitchen, bathroom, etc are all new. Located on the North end of AMI which is 1000x better than south end. It's only a couple minute walk to several different beach access points. We had 2 kids with us and even though it's only one bedroom, it worked out perfectly. Courtney (property owner) is local and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property!

This was a fantastic property, myself, my wife, daughter & her friend enjoyed a week here. Couldn’t say enough about how great this place was. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants. We would stay here 10 times over!! Host was extremely accommodating, responsive & helpful. We can’t wait to get back.

Super Cute Quite Retreat

Clean home with modern kitchen and bathroom! Cozy inside loved having a washer and dryer! Large side yard, located a short walk to Pine Street and Rod and Reel! Easy beach access! Very nice

Perfect Couples Retreat

Spent the week with my wife and no kids at this property. It's a beautiful property in a special location. Check in was simple and it was very clear that Courtney wanted to make sure we had a great stay. We have stayed on the island before and it was nice to talk to an owner rather then a large rental company. Courtney takes great pride in the place and it shows. It was immaculately cleaned. The location is 2 blocks from what we consider the most beautiful beach in the world with sunsets that rival Hawaii. The beach is never packed and you don't feel crowded. It's close to all you need as far as places to eat and things to do. We would absolutely come back. You should have no reservations about renting this place.
