VILLA TWO -Stunning Villa - Walk to Beach - Modern and Clean!

Welcome to the Villa where you can unwind and make yourself at home. Newly renovated and styled to created a simple chic getaway just one block from the beach! The Villa has been designed to create a unique vacation experience that includes concrete flooring, custom wood vanities, wood accents walls, custom concrete sinks and neutral organic linens to create an earthy, modern vibe right here in Florida. This two bedroom home sleeps 4 comfortably or up to 6. An open concept kitchen/living area is the perfect space for relaxing or making a family meal. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath and the second room has two full sized beds. After your day at the beach you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and sip a fruity drink on your private patio space. Want to bring your surfboard or bike? No problem, there is a full garage to keep all of your favorite beach gear. Walk to grab a donut, ice cream, the beachside restaurants, shops and fishing pier or hop in the car and drive a few short miles to historic Downtown Saint Augustine.

This property is Unit B of a side by side duplex. Traveling with another family? Ask about our sister rental next door. We also have four villas total available if you are traveling with a group! Just ask us.

Unit B has parking for two cars only.
**Renting guest must be 25 years or older and present during the stay** No parties, loud music or events. This is a family/residential neighborhood.

COVID wellness/ cancelation policy:
Although we practice rigorous cleaning practices, we request that if you or a member of your party has tested positive for COVID that you refrain from staying with us in the best interest of the community and our future guests. Our cancellation policy remains the same with slight moderation: If cancellation notice is received 30 days in advance a full refund will be issued, 7-14 days is a 50% refund, while less than 7 days is non-refundable. However, in the rare instance that the less than 7 day cancelation is due to a positive COVID test, you may receive a credit to be put towards future bookings with us.
