Vi älskade det så mycket, vi köpte det!

Vi åkte på semester och älskade det så mycket, vi beslutade att köpa det! Vi är nu de stolta ägarna av ett 2 sovrum, 1 badrum, gångavstånd till strandänden Villa på Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head.

Detta fantastiska komplex har 3 miles av vacker vit sandstrand, mycket kort promenad till 1 av 5 gemensamma pooler, 3 Championship golfbanor, 25 tennisbanor (15 lera), med en proffs som har allt. Elva lagun för kanot, paddling, crabbing, fiske och mer! Fantastisk happy hour däck! Gå till den välkända Alexander's för en fantastisk middag, följt av en promenad på stranden för att se solen gå ner. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. We know Queens Grant very well and have stayed in a condo here for over 25 years. I highly recommend renting this one and I definitely will do again!!!

I had an issue with the fridge and the owners worked with me diligently to fix it. Communication was wonderful.Also they had alll the things a family needs for a great beach stay. Plenty of chairs, there is a rolling cooler, and umbrella. Plenty of towels.

Cute, clean but location is lacking.

This property has a wonderful beach vibe and is spotless. The location is lacking as it is not close to any of the beaches. Parking is very crowded and the deck overlooks the road so we didn’t enjoy sitting outside. The pool was very tiny and literally in someone’s back yard so we didn’t use that either. I have been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and the location of this property was lacking although the inside was delightful and clean!

Queen’s Grant Villa

We love staying at Queen’s Grant rentals! This one is lovely and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, one of the closer ones in the complex. The hosts did not check their messages via Vrbo daily, which I had thought would be the best way to get in touch. However, once we called their cell and left a message with our concerns, they did respond in a timely manner.

Great Place to stay!

The second time we’ve stayed at the villa and cannot say enough good things. The villa is in a perfect location, well equipped and extremely clean. We plan to stay again.

Great property in a great location

This property is in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to the beach and to Shelter Cove marina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very prompt with communication. We highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay, close to area where other family were staying Would be helpful to supply laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. We only had to use dishwasher and washer/dryer once but lucky to borrow from other family in the area

Loved the place

My husband and I enjoyed the Queens Grant location and condo for our get away. Condo amenities had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed walking to General store and along the walkways. Palmetto Dunes is midway on the island and convenient to many great restaurants and activities. We had no issues with check-in or any problems with our stay in the condo. Very pleased and would choose this condo again.

We loved our stay.

This was the first time staying in Palmetto Dunes and we loved it. The condo was wonderful and looks exactly like the pictures. Comfort and quality. The layout of the condo was perfect for my family. We were really able to relax and enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this condo. It is well stocked and had everything we needed. The only comment I would make is to note that the washer took HE Laundry Detergent. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Comfortable quiet condo

We stayed at this property in Palmetto Dunes for the first time (usually we stay in Shipyard) the condo is comfortable and in a quiet area. It would be an easy walk to the beach, but we had our 7 month old with us so driving to the beach was much easier! If you plan on driving to the beach get there early, spots fill up fast! Everything we needed was within close driving distant and it was nice to have the General Store just a quick walk up the street. The condo was the perfect for just the 3 of us. My only complaint is the condo could use a good deep cleaning, also more than a roll of toilet paper would have been great! Overall we had a great trip, wish we were able to stay longer!
