Facing forested hillside with vineyard in the foreground, there is plenty of open space and natural light, and the backyard is the perfect place to relax, BBQ, and take a soak in the hot tub.
The single-level interior is comfortable, bright and inviting. The well-equipped kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, cooking ware, tableware, standard appliances, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker . Enjoy views of the vineyards and hills while cooking up a meal or relaxing on the living room sofa. The dining table seats 6, and the breakfast nook has dining space for 4. Other rooms include three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den, which has a futon style sofa bed.

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Sunnyside Up is 7 people not including kids under 3 years old. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.
Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Location: Sunnyside Up in a primarily residential neighborhood. It is a mix of permanent residents and vacation rentals, families, working folks, and visitors. To honor this balance, we ask guests to park only in the driveway (plenty of space) and respect the quiet hours, and follow common courtesies in line with general family-friendly, residential neighborhood expectations. Proximity to Hiking: Armstrong Redwoods State Park entrance is just over two miles. Enjoy old growth redwoods, the picnic area, and some lovely trails. There is a visitor center at the entrance with more information.
Proximity to Wineries: Korbel, of sparkling wine fame, is located in Guerneville, 10 minute drive. It is another 5 minutes to Westside Road, a well loved wine tasting route, or another 5 minutes to Gravenstein Hwy, with another group of Russian River Valley wineries to choose from.
Nearest River Beach: Johnson’s Beach, 1.6 miles. Paid parking area, summer months has beach umbrellas and boats for rent.
Nearest Ocean Beach: Goat Rock Beach, Jenner CA 25 minutes/14 miles
