Excellent location and very nice

The place is beautiful excellent location although the power for the whole place turned off the last day and my phone battery was almost dead and I couldn’t get a hold of owner when I finally did I was able to get power again! What a relief that was! But I would stay there again it was beautiful!

Location, location, location (and comfort) in the heart of Florence

My husband and I fell in love with Florence and this lovely accommodation is a big part of the reason why. It is literally steps from the Duomo and includes a rooftop terrace with eye-popping views of this magnificent landmark and the Florence skyline. You can walk to just about anywhere you'd like to go with fifteen minutes!The apartment itself is fashionable, comfortable and includes everything you will need such as coffeemaker, microwave refrigerator, etc. The bed and linens were very comfortable too. We appreciated Luca's hospitality and in-depth orientation to the building and apartment amenities.Thank you Luca. We will definitely plan to stay here when we return to Florence!

Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Did not check the rooftop view as literally, all of Firenze was steps from our front door.

Stay here Walk out to History St John and Uffizi !

If you wanna stay in the absolute heart of it all rent a places that you can literally walk out the door to the Duomo or shop at the finest stores on planet Earth. There’s nothing wrong with the location apartment or age. We lived the old elevator and although it is winter we enjoyed the windows open at night. We had a schedule conflict and the property manager communicated well and provided us a solution that we were very happy with.Stay here !! Walk out the door to history!

Luca was very attentive to our needs… place is near to everything…check in instructions were clear…views on the top floor is to die for…Nespresso coffee maker sealed it for me…and the elevator…definitely will come back..——freezer door was broken but it did not bother us at all——

Lovely apartment close to the Duomo

Everything was great. Our host responded to our needs quickly. The only thing that wasn’t true to the pictures was the rooftop patio. No tables or chairs etc. Overall, a very nice place and wonderful location!!

Awesome appartment

Great location - in the heart of Florence. Check in and out was super easy and effective. Unit was in great shape and owner gave useful restaurant recommendations. The only thing that would have nice would have been to have a table and chairs on the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend.

Cute apartment, fantastic location

Super cute apartment spitting distance from the Duomo and all Florence sites. The space is small but well equipped for 2 people. Contemporary decor and very helpful host! The buildings rooftop views are outstanding and we enjoyed having our morning coffee there. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed for our short return stay to Florence.

Not only was the place beautiful. The location was amazing, the views, the aesthetics, the hosts!! So welcoming and helpful, everything was just perfect. The owner met us when we arrived to give us a tour of the place which was such a personal touch, we’ll always remember it.

Great location near everything

The location of the apartment is perfect. Just steps from the Duomo and short walks to Acacemia Gallery (David), Ponte Vechio, Uffuzi Gallery and much more. The aprtment is comfortable and Luca did a great job communicating and orienting us to the place. Real bonus was watching sunsets from the roof top terrace

Perfect Location

This is a clean, beautiful apartment in the perfect location and the host is extremely helpful. I will only note that the wonderful bells in the tower of the Duomo do begin to ring at 7:00 am.

Fabulous apartment

This apartment is beautiful. It's tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable and has luxurious bedding. The location could not be more perfect and there is a simply stunning view from the roof terrace. The owner Luca was amazing. He gave us an incredible amount of information and suggestions. I had a query and he responded immediately. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Florence fantasy

Luca was thorough , prompt and extremely organized. He was quick to respond and extremely helpful with additional information which was an enormous help. The property was so very beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved it! It was incredible to be within a few feet of the Duomo. Our visit was heaven and we would recommend this property to everyone.

Property is small but well located. It is important to understand that all communication with the property managers is through What'sApp, regarding check-in or any concerns. If you are not a What's App user, this could be a problem for you, as it was for us.

Perfect spot!

My husband and I stayed in Florence for 5 nights. This was a perfect place to stay. It was clean and comfortable, reasonably priced and the location was fantastic. It was centrally located and easy to get around to all of the major sights that we wanted to see. Luca was a great host. He told us where to leave our luggage which was close by, as we arrived in Florence early. (highly recommend Left Luggage also) He met us at the apartment and showed us how to work everything. I highly recommend this VRBO location. There was candy by the door and lots of coffee and espresso to chose from! Kathy (USA)
