Fawn Ridge Lodge ligger 1 km från Lake Placid Village, en vacker 4 sovrum, 3 1/2 badrum Adirondack stil reträtt med en massiv sten spis, katedral tak, gourmet kök och master bad med jet tub. Familjen på lägre nivå har en mysig öppen spis, biljard, bastu, bubbelpool och filmrum. Förutom det stora första våningen sovrummet finns 3 sovrum på övervåningen, en kallad "Happy Camper" med 3 uppsättningar av våningssängar. Amazing Retreat

Perfect getaway!

The house was exactly as pictured, very clean and quiet but close enough to town. Plenty of spaces to spread out and more than enough amenities provided. Linens included is a huge bonus! Host is super friendly and communication could not have been better!

Beautiful and Spacious Amenity filled home

Highly recommend. Owner is very transparent and responds quickly. This home is full of amenities (multiple fire places, movie/media room, hot tub, sauna, etc. Close drive to town in winter. Could walk in summer.

Gorgeous and Spacious Mountain House

Great stay

Had a reunion of sorts with four sixty year olds who went to grammar school together. The house was terrific. Spacious, clean, hand carved Adirondack wood furniture, TVs, good WiFi….everything as promised. Very close to Main St. Alia was very easy to communicate with and always there to answer questions. I would highly recommend this beautiful property

Perfect little getaway

My friends and I stayed for a fun weekend of skiing and ice skating, and we had a fabulous time! The owner was very responsive and helpful, the house was very clean and comfortable, I loved the sauna and the hot tub. Overall really great place for a fun weekend. The only thing is the showers were a little cold and some of the remotes didn’t have batteries. But that’s what happens when it’s -5 degrees out I guess! Wish I had more time to stay longer.

Great house for 10 hikers

The house had plenty of space and beds for 10 of us to stretch out and enjoy a rainy day with no hiking. Having the hot tub is a big bonus after a long day on the trails. Will definitely stay here again with another guided High Peaks trip. A beautiful house in a perfect location.

So Happy to Return

Great location, lots of amenities

This is a nice house - basement has lots of good stuff like two movie rooms, pool table, hot tub. Kitchen is nice and big and love the screened in eating porch. So close to Lake Placid but also close to hiking, etc.

Our stay at Fawn Ridge Lodge was wonderful! It was a great place to celebrate our son’s birthday! Owner was very responsive and went out of her way to help us when we needed to communicate with her on a few things! Hoping to go back again in the future!

Repeat Stay

The house very nicely accommodates our annual gathering with the guys. Good access to downtown, the lake, outdoor activities and the ice arena. Alia and the property manager are accessible and communicative.

Annual Family Getaway

This is our second visit to Fawn Ridge Lodge and we had another great family weekend! The home is comfortable and spacious with enough amenities to keep six adults and four active kids (ranging from 2 to 16) happy and entertained. The kitchen is awesome and we made a wonderful dinner at home followed by family games around the huge dining table. We highly recommend a family getaway to this beautiful home.

University of Colorado Alpine Team. NCAA Championship Housing

This was a great place to stay for our NCAA Championships. We had a great Kitchen and Dining room. Also multiple, lounge areas for Student Athletes to recover and have group meetings. We watched "Miracle" in the Theatre room. Excellent space with everything you could want. Thanks for a great stay

Perfect Get Away

Fawn Ridge is a beautiful home. Nicely decorated for a cozy, yet elegant, feel. Lots of room to spread out. It’s close to town and a grocery store is just down the street but it is located in a lovely, quiet, wooded neighborhood. We hope to return next year with more family.

Family getaway

The property is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home has so much to offer. We had 10 people from toddlers to grandparents and everyone was more than comfortable. The owner was very responsive to an unexpected and unavoidable issue and had things addressed promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
