Perfect getaway

Very comfortable place to stay. There were 4 of us adults, we had plenty of room. The location is perfect and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for great views of the ocean and a relaxing vacation.

Perfect Vacation Spot in Lincoln City

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and it was exactly what you want in a property: Location was perfect - quiet, clean, amazing views and beach access, and close to restaurants, shopping and casino. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets - Highly recommend!

Fantastic view and easy access to the beach

Very comfortable and the location was awesome. Walking distance to Casino and restaurant. Kitchen was well equipped and Primary Bedroom was very comfortable

Lovely home and views

Loved this cute little house with great views. Beach access is a house down or there is handicapped access (blue runner down to beach) farther up the street to the south. House is located close to Safeway, Thai Bay, or most anything on north end of city. Would love to stay here again.

Beach Bungalow

This is a great property for two couples or girls trip. The property was quiet with the amazing views as advertised. The house is all one level so great for people with limited mobility. There is beach access via a set of stairs one house over and made for great beach walks.

Great Family Vacation

We are from PHX, Az so when you can escape to Lincoln City on the beach in the summer and it is 65-70 degrees vs 115 it is an awesome time! The view is awesome, perfect proximity to everything, we hiked, did the beach, there is a casino near by, lots to do Here in Lincoln City, Or we had an amazing time. Management was great also, they brought us gas for the grill and anything we needed. Overall great stay! We Will be back!

Fabulous , fabulous!

We loved every minute of our vacation! The setting was ideal-even though we had fog everyday! The house was clean and well- furnished. Location was ideal-my husband kept saying “we need to buy this and retire here”! We are looking forward to a return trip ! All your communications and instructions were greatly appreciated!

Perfect beach vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent eight nights at Sea Esta and we will absolutely be back! The new kitchen is beautiful and of course the view and beach were perfect! Meredith Lodging was great to work with and even brought us a loaner barbeque grill. Thanks! It's a great place to stay!

Great Time

We Loved the location and enough space for 2 of us! The 5pm check in and 10 am check out should be reconsidered in future as the amount paying per night should at least have a noon checkout or 4 pm check in! The living room furniture chairs are super uncomfortable.. the master shower was built for a child .. super tiny! Overall we enjoyed walks on the beach and the location could not be beat! Thank you !

Nice House/Terrible parking

The property was very nice but when we arrived an hour after check in time the beds were not made or the floor clean. Called and someone came within a half hour and took care of everything.

Beautiful beautiful home and views

Home was overall beautiful, clean and the beach view was amazing!! A few minor things: water in kitchen sink didn’t drain well, not sure if garbage disposal had an issue. Master shower had same issue, didn’t drain well. Master bed may need a new mattress, as it wasn’t the most comfortable bed but it was OK. Overall though, we had an excellent experience and would book again.

Great Remodel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have stayed at Sea Esta previously, so we were pleasantly surprised with the remodel. Much more open and up to date now. The beach view is wonderful, and I love how close the beach access is (2 houses down). My only suggestion to the owners would be to maybe put a latched gate behind the house (the walkway from the carport to the deck). We have toddlers who kept wanting to run and explore when we were on the deck. Overall I definitely recommend this rental.

Relaxing weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental was perfect, right on the beach huge deck overlooking the ocean and near shopping, casino and dining. For the price of the rental and the age of the home I would have expected more updating. The carpets are very worn and stained and the master bath is very outdated. The home smelled musty with what I assume were mixed with cleaning products that left a bad odor in the home. Again, location was perfect and view amazing but the home needs updating for sure. I would recommend the home with reservations.
