Bea and David are the best hosts ever. They have furnished the cottage perfectly and the garden is equally amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. Words cannot discribe the wonderful experience of staying at the Artist Residence.

This place was perfect for our stay in Dublin. Plenty of restaurants and things to do near by. Our host was nice and very responsive. I would recommend a stay here!

The best host we have ever had, Bernadette guided our arrival process seamlessly and was extremely responsive.The apartment had every amenity needed and all in perfect working order. Cozy, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. We were perfectly at home.The location was wonderful with access to all the best things of Dublin. We felt so safe and the gated apartment made us feel even more so.I highly recommend this gem!

My wife and I booked this gem for a lengthy stay in late January to mid February. 5/5, 10/10, whatever rating you want to use, IT. WAS. THE. BEST!Booking Accuracy: Spot On. Comfortable one bedroom suite with full kitchen; electric heat throughout.Access/Security: VERY secure; key and code. Communication: Clear & Concise; never unavailable. Location: Center of everything. So much to do from here on foot.It was such a good stay that I doubt we will ever be able to find this much unbooked time at this property ever again. We are grateful to have found it and enjoyed it as much as we did!One improvement recommendation, since we arrived after dark, is to provide an exterior light over the building address. Our cab passed by it twice!

We enjoyed and peaceful and comfortable stay here. Very well equipped apartment, with plenty of space to relax, and everything you need provided.The immediate surroundings and very quite and peaceful, yet the location is really convenient to the city centre and public transport (the Luas tram 1 minute away, and Connolly train station just a short stroll). Very highly recommended!

Rented the unit for a business/leisure trip. Clean, comfortable space with great views. My host was excellent with communication and helpful information. Would absolutely stay there again

Adam and Bernie have made their apartment very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. A lovely welcome basket was left which included milk and butter to get you started. The location is perfect and quiet. Donnybrook Fair and other grocery/butcher stores are a few mins. walk away. The dart/train to take you into the city and up to Skerries is a 10 min. walk. Buses also close by. You are spoilt for choices regarding restaurants and coffee shops. This is our go to place when available as we go to Dublin from Canada every year.
