We enjoyed this apartment so much that we wanted to stay longer. At least in November, the bedrooms (especially the back one) were very quiet, so we slept soundly. Yes, the living room, balcony, and "blue" bedroom really do have those beautiful views! And it was great being just a block from the bridge and seawalk, with all those restaurants. We also did a lot of walking downtown and throughout the city, as we didn't have a car. As an American, the shower took a bit of getting used to, but it was fine. There were some strong winds while we were there, but the home is well insulated, and has both heat and AC. The wifi worked great. The place was clean. The host was super friendly and helpful, with great communication (in English for our benefit). Check-in and check-out were easy. If we return to Chalkida, this would definitely be our top pick as a place to stay.

Beautiful 4 plex right on the mediterranean. Very clean. They will arrange breakfast for you, if you want. We had a wonderful time! 2 things. One-We stayed in one of the top plex's.There is a opening with windows from the bottom plex up through the top plex. You can hear most of what is going on in the bottom plex. Two-You can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. You have to put the toilet paper in a small garbage can. We emptied the garbage can every morning in a dumpster way out by the main road.

Im definitely gonna be back to Dimitry beautiful apartment! Really close to the beach and great restaurants! Nice tidy apartment that has everything that you need for your stay. Also the communication with the owner is 5 stars! Always looking out for you! Highly recommended it!

Absolutely loved the house and the location. Very quiet and peaceful. Quick and easy walk to the beach. The hosts are very friendly and were quick to respond to all of our messages. We had a great time in Eretria.

Stayed with my family and friends for a week in August. The place is lovely and the view and access to the water is great. We enjoyed our time and the owner gave great suggestions for places to eat and swim. We visited several sandy beaches nearby but we also swam and snorkeled in the water directly across from the house. Recommend water shoes for that area but nothing beats walking down the driveway and getting in the water. The house was great for our needs and it was nice to have air conditioning and a place to hang out during the heat of the day. Grocery, restaurants and beaches are a very close drive.

Agis' house is extremely comfortable, stylish and well equipped. The outside seating areas are brilliant. We really enjoyed the location and all the facilities of the house. Agis was very helpful when we needed. We would not hesitate to return.

George and Erato went above and beyond to make us welcome and to meet our needs. The house was spacious and very well equipped. The pool is huge and we loved using the barbeque in the outdoor kitchen. . The downside for us was the location. It was remote and too far away from anything in walking distance. The other negative, which I wish we had been aware of before choosing our vacation destination is related to Greece in general., not specific to this property. Flushing toilet tissue is not allowed, it must be disposed of in a waste can and there are no overhead showers, all are hand held. These factors are not indicative of a luxury experience to those accustomed to American bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. We found everything we needed at this place - great hikes, organized household, cute little town nearby, sea view and patio for our dinner with candlelight. I’d recommend this place for my friends.
