We had a very nice stay. The house is comfortable, nicely equipped, clean, and quiet. Geraldine was a superb host. We will stay there again if we return to the area!

This Farm is so beautiful! the house is wonderful and spacious and absolutely clean! the décor of the house is beautiful the beds were so soft, this farm is so peaceful and they have the friendliest dogs on the property. The home was clean and beautiful. Plenty of room for our dog to roam in the fenced in yard.

There was plenty of space and lots of fun activities to keep parents, grandparents, and kids happy.

Everything was just wonderful with this VRBO. We were able to get to the sand dunes in about 35-40 minutes on average. Super cute and well kept home. Everything you need in town is literally within 5 minutes. Owners were very quick to chat for questions. Loved it! (I didn't realize there was no ac throughout the house, but the temp was just fine this time of year. The bedroom has a window unit that worked great!)

Perfect place to spend the night before our trip to the Great Sand Dunes - close to downtown and River Walk. Cozy and nice all 'round.

Although we were on a work trip, “relaxed” was definitely the feeling when staying at the bunkhouse. We settled right in and found the historic structure to be a cozy, clean, and quiet stay, with all the conveniences of Monte Vista before us. The sauna was an unexpected bonus on top of an already welcomed and comfortable stay. Thanks Tom, can’t wait to come back and try it out for fun.
