Breathtaking Colorado Mountain View’s at this 3-bedroom house in Monte Vista. This lovely property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. With amenities like an iron, washing machine, heating, and WiFi, and Netflix, guests can feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms ensure convenience for all, while the additional living room space with a sofa bed offers extra comfort. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

We have 3 dogs on the property. They are friendly but we will try our best to keep them away from the property. The property sits on an operating farm. We have farm equipment coming in and out of the property on a consistent basis. Please stay away and off all equipment.

We can board horses for an additional $25 per night. Arrangements will need to be made at time of reservation. Feed is not included.

We also offer a beautiful outdoor space, perfect for any event like weddings, graduations, family reunions, etc. The outdoor space includes a pergola, electricity, and parking for 200+ attendees. We do not offer any event planning services. The space is $1,000 per day. Please contact the property manager to schedule the event!

Just the perfect setting for spending time in the valley while seeing the cranes! The house was clean, bed was comfortable, and the views amazing! It was also very quiet and peaceful with just the sound of birds singing. I would definitely stay here again. And Kai the dog was an absolute sweetheart! He only came over to say hi when invited.

This Farm is so beautiful! the house is wonderful and spacious and absolutely clean! the décor of the house is beautiful the beds were so soft, this farm is so peaceful and they have the friendliest dogs on the property. Charming, beautiful, peaceful

This is such a beautifully appointed space. Truly charming and lovely on the inside. The main living area/kitchen was open and spacious. We particularly liked the wood burning stove and the NEW appliances! The beds were very comfortable and the neighboring dog is a SWEETHEART! Bathrooms were great! Thank you, Stephanie!
