I had a GREAT stay at Ed and Faith's property! From the moment I booked my reservation online they were extremely helpful and informative. They answered questions that had and provided information about travel arrangements and events on the island during my stay. They gave a lot of useful information as far as where to shop, restaurants that were available, the days and times that ships are in port and when the port would be open. They definitely made my stay very welcoming, convenient, and enjoyable! I truly appreciate the time and dedication that they gave in making my trip one of the best yet!

The house was literally across the road from the one restaurant and Salt Cay Divers. It’s pretty basic, but that fits the vibe of the island in general. The patio was awesome to hang out on and everything was convenient and quickly managed. We loved the fact they went grocery shopping for us before we arrived! Highly recommend!

Marc and Patsy were so accommodating and helpful during our stay. It really helped to have them recommend tour guides, places to eat and points of interest on the island. Absolutely recommend a golf cart for a day or two and a trip to Governor’s Beach

Great! Caslav and Tanja's guidance was clear and thorough. The house is spacious and well cared for. Everything was clean. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. Make sure to communicate with Joab and other locals on the island with Whatsapp! Otherwise, they can't respond.This was our second time staying on Grand Turk, but the first time we stayed in an actual neighborhood. I loved getting to know the neighbors and community. There were more noises than when we last stayed in a remote beach cottage at the island's north end, but it didn't bother me at all. We could hear the waves at night with the windows open. The AC works well, but so long as there's a breeze, it's fairly comfortable inside with everything opened up so you can get a cross breeze going. We only used the AC the first night, probably because our bodies hadn't yet adjusted, coming from winter weather in the Northeast.Governor's Beach nearby is a great swimming beach with calmer waves. We didn't end up having time to swim at the beach right by the house, but we definitely could have done so comfortably. We did walk down the beach at sunset and I sat on the beach to have coffee in the morning, during which Hope, the resident potcake (dog) found me and we played and ran around a bit on the sand (so stinkin' cute). I was very grateful to have the Nespresso machine and dishwasher! We cooked all of our meals during the week and had all the necessary cookware.

We stayed at the Last Resort in Feb, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Cathy was always easy to reach, and she not only picked us up at the airport but made sure we had a rental golf cart waiting for us. She gave us ample advice on logistics, including getting to Salt Cay and getting groceries/supplies.The house is beautifully restored and furnished and clearly taken care of with love. The pictures in the postings do not do it justice, as there are many more finishing touches and decorations than pictured. No A/C necessary, as the tropical breezes and fans keep the house quite comfortable. The kitchen has all the appliances and pots/pans/utensils you need, but we definitely recommend bringing fresh produce from Grand Turk/Provo or ordering in advance from the local grocer. The upper deck provides lovely views of the island and ocean on all sides. Although hot water in the bathroom was not working while we were there, Cathy made sure we had an alternative place for hot showers just around the corner (and honestly, the cool showers were not bad in the tropical climate).The island is very small and safe, so you quickly meet the locals (and friendly donkeys) and soak up the laid back vibe. We recommend a golf cart for convenience, making for quick trips to the dive shop/cafe, general store, Willy's bar, or for exploring the island's beautiful beaches and stark landscapes (bikes are provided at the house too). We would go back in a heartbeat!

The Stone House is a great place to stay on a very special island. Cathy is a spectacular host with excellent communication skills. She will help coordinate everything right down to the last detail. She communicates exactly what to expect during your stay, from the weather to what is new on the island. I 100% recommend booking the Stone House with Cathy. We have created so many great memories.

I enjoyed my time at this property. It was a great location and quiet on the days the cruise ships were not in town. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I would stay here again
