My family and i had a great week staying here. The cottage is clean and comfortable with a great yard for relaxing. The beach is is a short walk away, powdery sand and uncrowded. The store at the corner has great breakfast sandwiches, salads, subs. Maria is a great hostess. She answered any questions i had before the stay quickly and made sure we had what we needed during our stay.

This property is actually better in person! Great location to downtown Kennebunkport too.

Marie and Patrick’s home was the perfect beach getaway for our family and friends. With plenty of space to spread out and super comfortable furnishings, plus the best beach views on the East coast, you never need to leave the home. But if you do, it’s a perfect home base for hiking trips, shopping expeditions, and ocean adventures. Marie was super responsive made sure the home had every detail needed for a fabulous home away from home. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had a wonderful stay. Will definitely comes back again. The porch was our favorite spot. Perfect Easter weekend get away!

This property was spectacular! Beautiful views, clean, spacious and comfortable. Great space to share with a larger group. The Host was very responsive. It was an amazing experience even in the winter.

Wonderful location in a very unique cottage. The site is centrally located to all interesting activities but still secluded in a country setting. The cottage has all the charm of its actual beginnings…a 1909 schoolhouse. The owner even has on display pictures of school classes on the front steps! All modern facilities are provided. I have already booked next year.

This is our third year staying here….and we’ve already booked for next year. This place has the location, privacy as well as plenty of room for three families (two daughters, spouses and granddaughter) to spread out and enjoy our special week. The facility is exactly as stated and pictured.

The Hydrangea House was a fantastic base for my family gathering. Beautiful house with a nice kitchen, a screened sunroom, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. But it's better than that. Kevin was very responsive and accommodating. The house was very well stocked. There was a cornhole setup complete with painted lobsters on the faces to help you aim. We were happy to find an extensive set of beach toys, a cooler and a sand cart in the spacious garage. Kevin thought of everything. But wait, there's more. The house is close to a few very nice, small neighborhood markets, there's a popular restaurant across the street and a fish market a few blocks away. Also within easy walking distance is a lovely rocky point where you can watch the boats sail by and admire the beautiful Maine coastline. No doubt this house was perfect for our large family gathering (13 people total). Thank you Kevin for helping us enjoy a terrific vacation.
