Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, gemeinsam mit Freunden eine exklusive Villa in einer der besten und sichersten Gegenden von Tunis zu mieten. Die Unterkunft überzeugte durch ihre außerordentliche Sauberkeit, hochwertige Ausstattung und ein hohes Maß an Komfort, das den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltete.Hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft des Besitzers sowie des Verwalters, die sich durch ihre stete Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und Professionalität auszeichneten. Sie standen uns jederzeit zur Verfügung und sorgten dafür, dass alle Anliegen prompt und effizient bearbeitet wurden.Auch das Personal – insbesondere die Reinigungskraft – erwies sich als äußerst professionell, diskret und zuvorkommend. Ihre zuverlässige und gründliche Arbeit trug wesentlich zur Wohlfühlatmosphäre in der Villa bei.Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, die sich sowohl für Erholungs- als auch Gruppenaufenthalte hervorragend eignet. Excellent place to stay,

Spacious property with nice outdoor dining area and a pool for the hot summer days. There's even a separate pool guesthouse with its own bathroom if that benefits your group. I think one of the groundskeepers who cleans the outside area in the mornings may have taken my mini bluetooth speaker, though, so maybe don't leave anything outside unattended.

Hard to beat a location right on the corniche. Large apartment with a great terrace view. As of July 2024, the living room AC can leak water if it's on for too long, so perhaps that can be fixed. Also have to let the shower run for a minute or two before the hot water comes. Great stay regardless.

The lovely villa has a gated entrance and breathtaking views. The beautiful bedrooms and. baths are spacious, comfortable and well decorated. Everything you need is available to you. The living area is open and welcoming. The roof top allows additional seating overlooking the Mediterranean. This is an absolute jem and I would highly recommend this beautiful villa and gracious and courteous staff.
