We had no problems - just take that bug spray! Good feel to it and layout was great.

We stayed for 2 nights while in town for tanglewood show . The house was immaculate. The yard was absolutely beautiful. I would stay here again just to sit outside and listen to the birds . The hosts are on site , very friendly and helpful but not overbearing. We will certainly be back ! Thank you .

The only reason I didn't rate accuracy 5 was related to the picture that shows the house from the lake. When you come down the driveway you see the front. Fortunately, Christine told us to look for the Gazebo.

Worked out great staying here with a few friends. The house is clean and well equipped

Roomy, clean and comfortable home in a Lake Community. We wanted a family vacation where we could enjoy time together while keeping the kids off tech devices. Kayak and a paddle board was provided from the host. The kids enjoyed fishing, boating and swimming on the lake which was in walking distance from the home. Home was well supplied with items to assist with dinner prep, towels and games. Plenty of hiking trail in the Community and neighboring towns. We would happily stay here again.

The cottage was superclean and uncluttered, with a comfortable full size bed, nice deck, and wooded setting. It's set back in a private way on a road with little shoulder for walking and the occasional cars that go by drive fast. Monterey is a cute town. We went to the big used book sale at the library, which seemed to bring the whole town out. We recommend High Lawn Dairy in Lee for ice cream and Gedney Farm for dinner.

We had a great time at the house. Pros: Very peaceful, spacious, clean place, ideal for family and friends gathering. High quality kitchen utencils etc. nice game room and very well maintained property, hosts were very responsive and quick in responding. Cons: property is across the road from pond, not on the pond.

What a great time. Very relaxing. Even got to see a bear twice.
