My family and I had an amazing experience at Mr. Donovan's property. He is such a professional who truly cares about his guests. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. And let me tell you about the room, it was absolutely perfect! 🌟 From the incredible details to the breathtaking view, I highly recommend this property (Grande Bay Resort), especially this unit. 🏠 It is perfect for families and feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is to die for! 🍽️ If the opportunity comes around again, we will definitely be back! ❤️ So if you're looking for a wonderful place to stay, Mr. Donovan's property is the way to go. Trust me, you won't regret it! 🙌

What amazing views! The ultimate Girls Trip! Travelled with 9 of the best ladies ever. The property is well kept and has the BEST views. We really did not want to leave. I love the 3 villa concept as this allows for privacy and comfort, especially traveling with a large group. The birthday ladies really enjoyed the property and was sooo happy I selected The views are always Blue at Eleven Villa Blu. If you’re thinking of booking, please don’t hesitate, just do it, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for having us!

Taking in the views on the balcony was the best part of our stay, especially the boat traffic during the day and the night lights and stars. The villa is at a good location -- not far from anything on the west side and an easy drive on good roads, and very accessible parking. The home was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking, etc. The beach chairs are the best we've had at a VRBO! We appreciated having 2 nice coolers and a bag of ice waiting for us in the freezer--really thoughtful. The pool is a nice size, larger than usual in the VI and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely garden setting. The living/kitchen area does get hot. One of the reasons who chose this villa was the quick and friendly communications from the owner. We definitely recommend this villa.

We had a fabulous week with family and friends at this villa! We had a group of 12 including 4 couples, 3 teenagers/and a 10 year old. The layout was perfect for our group. The Cottage provided additional privacy for family friends, and the downstairs "apartment" set up was perfect for the kids. Kent, the Property Manager, reached out to us proactively to keep us on track with planning, and responded immediately to any questions/needs. The owner reached out to ensure we were enjoying our stay as well. The house was absolutely breathtaking, the pool and spa were used daily (all day) and is in a perfect location on the island, close to the ferry, Sapphire and Lindquist beaches. Red Hook is a wonderful spot for dinner with a convenient grocery store to pick up anything needed. We took advantage of pre-ordering groceries, which were waiting on us when we arrived. The outside grill area was wonderful, and the kitchen was well supplied. Double washer/dryers were an added bonus for a large group. I highly recommend renting Jeeps (Ken's suggestion) as the roads roads are steep and winding. We would absolutely return to this house, and hated for the week to end!

My family loved our stay at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication and planning with the property owner was amazing. We had a wonderful week in St John.

My family and I stayed at this condo for a few days and had a blast. The unit was clean with newer, modern decor. Beds we’re comfortable and we found everything we needed to make meals in the kitchen. We loved the location - view of the bay and just a short walk to the pool, beach and restaurants. The amenities were plentiful too. When we had to go in search of a sargassum-free beach, we were able to use the beach chairs, ice chest, and snorkel equipment in the closet. The seaweed cleared out the day before we were leaving, so we didn’t get to swim much in the waters at Cowpet Bay, but even with the abundance of seaweed, it was still pleasant to lounge in a beach chair with a rum-spiked cocktail. We made some new friends- Moy, Jason and Michael all treated us like we were family. We rented a car (driving on the left was much easier than we thought!) and appreciated the dedicated parking spot. The taxis are super expensive, so renting a car can save a good chunk of change if you plan on exploring. Groceries are also super pricey, but there were some condiments, spices, oil, etc available to use at the condo. We’d stay again and have already told many friends to book their stay there too!
