Perfect for one. All that is needed. Right off Piedmont Ave - a wonderful place to be.

We loved this house! From the moment you park your car and step out, you see gorgeous views from the top of the hill over to the mountains. Then you walk towards the house and pass the beautiful pool, with its rock formations and the very cool (in the good way) and secluded spa. There are multiple spaces for outdoor gathering and eating, with clean and well maintained outdoor furniture. Inside the house there is a spacious kitchen, large dining room, and upstairs a comfy and modern family room with tv. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing, with stone covered showers. There is even a hideaway at the top - the views cannot be beat. The hosts have thought of everything, and they are so kind and generous. Book this house, you will not regret it!

The house is exactly as shown, it's well kept, comfortable, sits in a lovely neighborhood, has a fabulous backyard with pool! Such a nicer option for our family than staying in separate hotel rooms. The house is centrally located for quick trips to downtown & shopping. It's also right next to one of the larger walking/biking paths in the area. Thank you!

This cute and cozy little studio was just what I needed! You cant beat the location, such a short walk over to BART, and I felt safe. So clean and they thought of everything, enough towels, laundry pods, even a few little snacks! The washer dryer combo was great to have, know that if you use it, it doesn’t dry all the way, you have to hang dry after the cycle is done. I learned the hard way and went to work one day without my jacket because it was still wet. Brrr! But overall I would highly recommend this space. Owners were kind and responsive, very accommodating. 10/10 stay here!

Convenient location. Great neighborhood with some special restaurants nearby. Quiet. On street parking available. Loved sitting in the alcove and watching the neighborhood go by.

Eli made our stay welcomed and comfortable. The studio is charming and fully equipped with the little extras (such as the bath toiletries and kitchen appliances) and full privacy that made my daughter and I feel at home. Upscale and lovely neighborhood. Will come back here for sure.

Great location in the Berkely hills, quiet, nestled in the cypress trees. Clean, well-appointed apartment. Catherine was very attentive and communicated well throughout the stay. If you are looking for a private space where you can work, lounge and sleep this is the place for you! Only suggestion is if you plan on arriving after dark confirm the check-in details ahead of time as it is a bit challenging to navigate if you haven't been there before.

Perfect spot for a solo or a couple. Quaint room with large bathroom and beautiful back garden. Owner was great. Will stay here again next time I am in SF.
